Carrier [Verizon Shipping Thread] Anyone get confirmation of a Verizon shipment yet?

Checked using this site and I still show 9/24 (ordered ~12:15AM PST). Nothing showin on my credit card.

I also (overly optimistically) checked FedEx and UPS's track by reference using what I unearthed off the interwebs as Verizon's reference number pattern from previous iphone releases which is:

order location_order number

No luck with that yet, but if that pattern still holds true, other folks can start checking that way as well and let us know when they start showing up in the system.

however when track using order status ship date has been shifted to 9/30 since around 3:00am PST.

very odd just received wireless text sms to cell phone from vzw asking to confirm order number by saying yes to confirm order placed or no to cancel order.

So did I. I responded "yes". Got no response back. I hope everything turns out okay!
 
My credit card was just charged the full amount of the order. Until now I only had a $1.00 authorization.

My order status page also now shows a tracking number field (it hadn't prior) but it still only says "Will ship by 9/24/2013".

Still nothing here:mad: just a $0 authorization. I ordered when it went live and it's hard to watch all the other carriers ship while we wait.
 
AmEx just sent me a notice that my card was charged. I logged into my account and indeed it was. Then went to order status page and it had changed. Said will ship out by 9/24 but still no tracking number yet.

In all of my previous experience, they do not charge your card until they ship the phone. So while the tracking info isn't up yet, I feel confident that it will be soon.
 
Verizon just charged my card as well, but my order status page has a blank spot where it said the expected ship date before. Maybe it will ship soon then?
 
Full amount charged today. Hopefully the ship by date means delivered by like past releases.

Ordered a 5c for another line on 9/18 with a ship by date of 9/20. Wound up shipping 9/19 and arrived around noon 9/20.
 
Spoke with Vzw this morning and said my 2 5s would be delivered by 9/24 but no tracking number yet

Same here Card charged and on the Verizon site a white box with a order number and blank tracking number field.
 
Uhh, the expected ship date: 09/24 has disappeared from my order status now and no date is given. My order date was also changed from 09/20 (when obviously placed the order) to 09/21. What in the world is the deal with this? I had my order complete and submitted within 10 minutes of them becoming available. I really hope I didn't somehow get thrown to the back of the line.

Try the order status link in your confirmation email. The one above isn't showing it anymore.

You actually had an ORIGINAL ship date of 9/20/13??

I thought everyone had an original ship date of 9/24/13 (that was the first available ship date no matter early you got your order in).

BTW, for everyone else:

I ordered 32 gb gold.
Confirm email: 3:31 am est
Ship by: 9/24/13
Only authorization of $0.00 on card on 9/20/13

My order date is what changed. It switched from 09/20 to 09/21 which seems really odd to me. Anyway, I used the order status link in my confirmation email as the OP suggested and it does still say it will ship by 09/24. I was looking at the order status link in my verizon account and the one linked earlier in this thread. Hopefully the date change doesn't mean anything.

Nerdgasm! How long after it ships for it to be delivered, ya reckon? 24th is a tuesday, so we should have our iPhones by friday?! :D

The banner ads on the site claim free 2 day shipping on phones so yeah I'd say be ready thursday.

16GB Gold Full Orice ordered. Email confirmation received 11:59 PM Pacific. Never received a text. [Texts are blocked on my line.] I now see that updated table with an unpopulated tracking number field. Card charged: $706.86.
 
Could be shipping Monday if says by the 24th!

Apparently the carriers had enough gold and silver to ship from the warehouses, but didn't have much supply of those colors in their stores.

Yep, for what it's worth, I never received a text either.

Anybody know what shipping method Verizon usually uses? I was never given an option when I ordered.
