This is MacRumors. It's guilty until proven innocent, and he has done nothing to prove that it is any more than an old Apple prototype or a back panel swap.
If it were... bad choice of words here, but... REALLY real, he wouldn't have posted that one tiny crap image in my thread two days ago. He would have posted images on par with the quality of the pictures of the unibody MacBook/Pro prior to launch.
I do not think anybody would waste their time to do that on this possible prototype Mac.Bad idea. It's so easy to modify that.
It can't be an old prototype though. It must be pretty new because of the Mini Display port if it even is a prototype.
What are you talking about? My Gainestown Mac Pro is completely real!
Thank you for proving my point. What are you talking about? My Gainestown Mac Pro is completely real!

That is definitely a photoshop. 96GB of DDR3 doesn't even exist. Much less that OS X would support it.
Nope. I edited the text in the OS itself.
And yeah, 96GB does exist. With 12 slots, anything is possible.
If this guy posts a video of the Mac Mini booting up, would that convince you sceptics?

Oh, I didn't know you could edit it. Thats pretty cool!

Yeah, until you find a scammer on eBay kicking off his Core Duo as a Penryn Core 2...![]()

If it is a fake, it at least looks pretty good. I have never been a big mac mini fan, but I hope this is really it so those who have been waiting can finally get a new one.
So how do you edit it? I would like to try it.
HDMI port on a Mac? How can this be?Replace the DVI port with an HDMI port and it would become real.
lol. I think this guy posted a video to prove to everyone it's not fake. There is a good point about plugging it in though. Maybe it runs Snow Leopard? hu hu.
Or maybe a 12 USB prot MM is coming....
From 9to5.
(I'm just having fun. But if the leaker wants to post a boot up video with the use of the USBs....)
Certainly more convincing than just a photo now isn't it !
Actually, this video makes me much more inclined to think it's a fake.
