Video of UI lag?

This is weird because when I was testing out the laptop at the Apple Store I couldn't get it to lag.

I had the exact same problem. Huge lag. Did that:

and it fixed everything. Maybe OP and everyone else having prob could try it and report. I posted a thread on this but no one confirmed it worked. It worked for me.

It is amazing! It solved mine as well. WOW.

EDIT: I think it did solve a bit of the lag. I am still experiencing lags with Expose/Mission control. Apart from that everything is now acceptably fast.

Seems to have solved the lag/hangup with swiping between windows on my iMac.

I've also noticed that the stuttering with my TrackPad on my iMac is gone now (it was introduced with 10.10.3). Here's hoping!

Glad to see it fixed it for some of you guys. My mb is as fast as my 11" 2013 air now. I was extremely sceptical but it made no sense to me why the apple store demo didn't lag and my unit did. I think 90% of the lag problems could be fixed with this trick. Crazy.
