This looks an impressively well made app!

It does look those things...

But some thoughts:

Can vjay can do high def resolutions, how fast it can accomplish the tasks at, where to store the video clips, are the clips uncompressed to ensure highest quality output, and scores of other details that I know the ipad is not capable of doing at a reasonable speed beyond anything for cheap/freebie hobby stuff. Video encoding takes time and tablets are sold on battery life rather than processing power. Yes, it will work but I am not convinced that, beyond 480i, it can outdo a MacBook Pro with Premiere Elements in any pragmatic way.

I wonder how how the ipad will get when doing such processing as well...

its not just the design

its how anyone, anywhere, with an awesome idea can make it a reality on an awesome 9.7" screen

i see apple products in this way - Here is a cool & incredible stuff, it's magic ;)

But in your hands, you have the power and awesome support to make alot of yours dreams come true............ in a cool magic way

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

and now i DJ with just my iPAD n ppl are like wow:eek:, they wont say its magic but their :)eyes tell the truth!!

Oh lord. There is no such thing as magic, and those who use it to hawk their products are only insulting potential customers and are being condescending to them. (Followed by their blaming people for being uneducated, having dumbed them down with such verbiage in the process to begin with... what next, be told by an engineer about an antenna malfunction months before launch and then tell customers how they're holding the phone wrong?? Oh, wait...)

Funny things is this type of software is not even common on computers, which is a shame.

So Premiere Elements, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, amongst others, are not the same type of software (video editing)?

That's really bada$$! iPad is a pretty remarkable device to pull something like this off. Sophisticated technology is so sexy.

Beauty is only skin deep. Real ugliness can lie underneath. Or it can look ugly upfront but be far more beautiful than what is deemed 'success' in this life. Mostly because people choose to be blind.

What video formats are supported with this???

Good question.

I'll save my praise until I fully know what it can and can not do...
