anyone else find this kind of lame? now since the cydia store..these devs that used to give out free apps are now charging. thats what was so nice about cydia everything was free. Now it seems like as time goes on all the apps we used to love for free will be paid apps. but whatever just me ranting.

Okay, so if you did a full days work, would you expect to be paid? Thought so, Dont know about you but when I work for others benefit, I expect to be paid, if I developed an Application for others benefit, I also would expect to be paid, what's wrong with that?

People spend a couple hundred on a phone and at least $70/month for service and then pi$$ and moan about $2.00 for an app.

lol mike, what a ridiculous argument. The way i see it, if you've already bought a $200+ phone, AND are paying $70+ a month for service, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who actually has money left over.
Either way, looks like we'll both wind up happy. He's releasing a version for you to spend money on, and another so that I won't have to!

if someone is hard pressed to have money left over after buying a phone and paying the monthly bill, then one should seriously consider why they bought the phone in the 1st place and have better priorities in life.

And good news! Apparently the new version of MobileSubstrate is done and is available in .deb form; saurik just hasn't added it to Cydia yet. So, it should be soon! Once MS is updated, it should be less than 24 hours before we see VoIPOver3G and 3G Unrestrictor!

Thanks for the heads up! Just upgraded here, too - Cydia wouldn't load properly afterward (network errors and then crash) but it seems to be working now.

I got an error first time..... reloaded the Spring Board and it installed fine. Works as advertised
