same thing happened to me. Ordered 2:58AM EST with order confirmation DELIVERY date of 9/19. Received an email with delivery date of 10/14. Called the CS and spoke with a supervisor, Bobbi Duss, who claims that my order was placed 3:58 EST and that is why my order is being delayed. She also claimed that the web order confirmation page is TENTATIVE delivery date.

I took a page out of your post and requested her supervisor to give me a call tomorrow morning. Let's see how they follow-up.

Also, i requested $100 credit as a compensation since their system lied to me. Anyone else make compensation request?

FYI, ordered 6+ space gray 16GB

you conformation email should have a time stamped on it when you received it like mine was 12:35am when I received their email. you will have that to prove you case on the time thing. ;)
 
ARGGGGHHHHHH!!! I ordered two 6+ 128 GB. Both before 3:11 AM EDT. Still seeing this. Order number redacted. Don't know how it made it look like there was nothing on that line. LOL

They don't know anything, I'd still go off the confirmation date. I learned when I called in a couple days ago, that your order time is not physically when you placed it, but what time it actually went in the system and generated the order confirmation. Placed my order a little after 3AM Central time and they told me my order was placed at 4:03 which is the time I received the confirmation email. It's going to be tough to get any kind of compensation out of them, as from day one, anyone I've talked to and anyone else on these forums as well has said they expressly state every time that the dates are only estimates. I'd still feel confident with the 9/19, most everyone I've seen on this forum with 9/19 are getting the phone on that day.

Not yet :( no charge. No tracking number. Got in just before midnight too. I had hoped I'd wake up to something but it's still "in process" :(
 
Did you order the 128 plus. I'm the only one with no tracking info to.

Our original order placed around 7:30 AM EST, on the 12th was for two (2) 64g 6+'s and One (1) 128g 6+. Placed over the phone with our business account. At the time of order we had been given ship dates of 9/25 on the 64's and 10/7 on the 128. This changed to no dates on all three, then changed again to 10/14 on the 64's and 10/21 for the 128. We then contacted our Verizon rep and were told these dates were the latest we would see the phone, but most likely much sooner. Since that call the 64's have been changed to 10/21 and the 128 has no date.

All three now just show "We received your order and it is in process."

Oh well, until then we have at least have our two working 4s's and one 5 in need of a power button.

I wouldn't check that screen, I received my tracking number yesterday morning and the page your showing there still shows my order received and in process. The recent order history page on MyVerizon was the first thing I saw update.

Yea I have already. I'm on the edge plan I just edged up. I ordered a iPhone 6 plus 64 GB gold. It's paid for and I have my tracking info with a delivery date of the 19th
 
After having order status "processing" up until now, I just got a shipping confirmation. I got a FedEx tracking number and it's going to arrive on the 19th!

Thank God! This thread had me worried

Got charged for the device the past saturday.

Ordered my gold 128GB 6 Plus around 12:15 AM PST and haven't got any shipping updates yet. Preorder confirmation Email said 9/19 delivery. Im starting to get nervous though :(


Exactly the same Screen I'm showing with a iPhone 6 Plus 16gb. with the same info, have the conformation email from Verizon time stamped 12:35 am PST. Seems the 64gb ones are the only one moving at the moment.

Anybody with a iPhone 6 plus 16 gb getting theirs. Friday??:confused:
 
Mine still says, "
