Yup, it's crazy because I checked it one second and it kept saying "check back tomorrow" I read your post, saw my bank lost the temp auth charge but then got an email to confirm my account set up and lo and behold I have a FedEx tracking number now
Wow, I got an email from Verizon to confirm my email and now the order status page has a tracking number! Sweet!!!
Ship date: 9/13... lmao. It's been on my mind the past 3 days and for nothingoh well. No info from Fedex yet but a number is enough for me.
Looks like the northern shipment center isn't cursed after all. I have a Silver 64GB Plus coming if anyone wants to know for reference.
That's what I'm getting too, I wonder if it has more to do with the phone you're getting versus your location? Maybe they're going through different models of the phones and sending those out, and 64gb silver pluses are the current batch they're working on
So if we have a tracking number, are we basically safe from Verizon canceling the order or delaying it? These cancellations were making me nervous.

Yes you should. The same thing happened to me. I called the Internet Orders department (thanks to someone on here posting the number, 866.338.7390) and talked to three people. The first two said it looked like I would get my phone (iPhone 6+ 64GB Silver) in mid October. I asked to speak to a supervisor the second time and the supervisor said since it wasn't my fault, she would put a "Jump the Line" request in to put me back in the same order I was before. Basically when your card is declined, they send you to the back even though they say you have 7 days to resolve it, it just cancels if you don't resolve it.
for those whose credit cards have been charged, did they charge tax along with it (or even separately)? my credit card was charged only for the phone. i'm assuming the tax charge will appear later but hasn't yet.
