VZW Order Status Thread

I ordered a 16gb 6+ gold for the wife. Order status changed to not available, no charge on the card. My 6 64gb already shipped. Both were ordered at the same time around 3:45 am after I got through the ecpd error. The 6+ was originally quoted for 10/14, but I hope that's not the case.

i can't believe I've woken up again this morning to find that 128+ pre-order users are still wondering what the HELL is going on, with no one to hold up to say "oh they got tracking." I'm in in the NY/NJ shipping area, as you guys know, and everyone here is really starting to get upset, especially with that cancellation email circulating.

if ANYONE who ordered a 128+ on the verizon site on the EAST COST has an update beyond the pre-order confirmation, PLEASE POST

I learned when I called in a couple days ago, that your order time is not physically when you placed it, but what time it actually went in the system and generated the order confirmation. Placed my order a little after 3AM Central time and they told me my order was placed at 4:03 which is the time I received the confirmation email. It's going to be tough to get any kind of compensation out of them, as from day one, anyone I've talked to and anyone else on these forums as well has said they expressly state every time that the dates are only estimates. I'd still feel confident with the 9/19, most everyone I've seen on this forum with 9/19 are getting the phone on that day.

Agree: Verizon CS are totally clueless on iPhone 6 pre-order. Which confirmation date are you referring to? original web order confirmation (9/19) or email (10/14)?

I'm on another forum where the majority weren't "hardcore users" I guess lol and bought the 16gb plus in gold. Not one has shipped. They all got 10/14 delivery dates and one guy ordered at 12:01. Definitely strange.

I've placed an order at 2:58AM EST and received confirmation email at 5:15AM EST, well after the order.

Zagg already released their line of protectors, plastic and the glass one, I'm probably gonna get the glass one from them, anyone think zagg is abad idea?

confirming east coast (2) iphone 6 plus 128gb's ordered before 3AM EST, zero updates since original email (which was sent to me around 4:30am)

Gotta be an east coast thing -- maybe they are just waiting to uncrate the delivery on the east coast shipping hub?

I ordered mine a couple hours before you at a corporate store. Also had a 10/7 delivery date.

No date now, no card charges. 64gb ip6 fwiw. Order number 24xxxx

I'm in Houston and have had zero updates as well. 128gb iPhone 6 plus. :rolleyes:

Yeah, we keep forgetting, those of us with upgrades. someone has to put "Hands" on the handset and program you current phone number into it, repack it and set it to shipping. so I can see them getting bogged down with the upgrading folks. :(

Hey , im in the same boat.. but a little twist , the store that ordered it for me is around 250 miles from me ( My out of state friend hooked me up) so either way im waiting a few more days to get it shipped to me.. but id like to know that it will hopefully be here by next monday , and not something in mid October

I preordered through the VZW website yesterday. My order status still says "Processing" -- do you think I'd have better luck simply braving the crowds on Friday? I have both an Apple store and a VZW store in my mall. If I do that, can I cancel my preorder, provided it has not shipped? It looks like they haven't charged my card yet, either.
 
Was in the same boat as most with UPS tracking numbers, but just checked and they have a status. Next Day Air shipping out on 9/18. Delivery 9/19.

Edit: 6 64GB Space Gray & 6+ 64GB Silver

That's....not at all how it works, lol.
 
FYI...for anyone with UPS shipments...my tracking info just showed up on their website. UPS allowed me to schedule the package for will call pickup so I don't have to sit around all day waiting. I'll be able to pick it up at 9:00 AM!
