VZW Order Status Thread

I'm no expert, but I haven't seen many people commenting about the 6; however the majority that have, had smooth sailing with ordering. It seems the 6+ is the one most people are anxious to get their hands on.

If you're thinking about visiting a store, I'd get my cumfy clothes and plan on waiting for awhile.

Well it's midnight lol. Please just ship, I've spent probably 6 hours on the phone with verizon the past 7 days. I6 128gb space gray. says it will be delivered my 9/19 in confirmation email but no shipping email. No change online since order. I'm loosing sleep. :(

Before everybody gets all worked up, the images are NOT DOCTORED but yes it IS a fake. Hence the asterisk.

In fact, I collect them. I picked this one up in Asia of course.

People on here will nitpick tiny things like the color of the stripes and icon placement but the level of detail is truly astounding. From wrapped glass on the front face down to some of the smallest details of the UI. It's running android BTW. The cameras are hideous but the battery life is actually okay.

Even the packaging is a knockoff. The headphones, charger and even documentation pouch. Frankly, it's one of the best knockoffs in my collection.

I wasnt able to buy a Plus*. Just like the real thing, I think the parts leaks came too late for knockoffs to hit the streets first.

I might also add that it has an oleophilic screen.

I got a shipping email 3 days ago. UPS. Says it will arrive on the 19th, however, I still don't have a package location and every time I try tracking it just says that a label has been created and that the tracking will be available once it is scanned. It has been like this for 3 days. Anyone else in the same situation? Should I be worried?

It's probably fine, mine's the same way. It'll ship tomorrow with next day shipping, to arrive on Friday.

Total fake. But I like how on the fake it has gold instead of white for the stripes on the back. Also that box is wrong, the wallpaper on the box isn't supposed to be blue, its white. Oh and missing the extra row of icons.

Shouldn't be trying to pass a fake off for real man.

Mine keeps going back and forth between Coatesville Pennsylvania and Newark New Jersey. I can only imagine a truck (or a whole convoy) driving back and forth on the highway at 90 miles an hour until tomorrow.

Seriously though, wonder what's up. And New Jersey is further east than Pennsylvania to me.

Oh and did anyone get a chance to order a case or Applecare with their iPhones? Because I didn't and want to. Wish I could divert this to pickup at the Apple Store. At least I would be able to accessorize it while I'm there. Wonder if I still could go there on launch day and at least get Applecare. Then again, my iPhone 4 has lived for 3 and a half years without Applecare since I bought it, and no issues except I replaced the battery this past spring, and it's had a pressure mark on the screen since a few months after I bought it. Then again, it's been in some case most of it's life, going from a official bumper, to a Griffen Survivor in camo, and finally a Mophie Juicepack Plus.

A few people have done it. Happens every year. Dunno why people do it.

Well then you must hate these images because they are 100% not doctored. I couldn't even figure out how to edit them since iPhoto no longer works on iOS8 and Photos only has a tiny subset of tools.

Sorry if people were offended. I'm a die hard Apple fan. I collect knock offs. I'm really just trying to illustrate the uphill battle Apple faces with people stealing their intellectual property and design aesthetic.

Here we are a day out from release in first stage launch countries and the knockoffs are already all over electronics stores all over Asia.

Samsung has been able to find legal ways in which to steal from Apple and turn it into billions of dollars. But there are 1000s of other companies taking little bites here and there.

And certainly not just the 6, but the 5s, 5, 4 mini, laptops and all the accessories. Oddly enough there are Samsung knockoffs too. I guess some of their devices have cachet to some weirdos.

Not offended, just shouldn't try to fool a bunch of Apple Fanboy's :) by saying "My iPhone 6* just arrived!" when you should have said "My iPhone 6* KIRF just arrived!"

Point taken and original post clarified to quell anxiety/enthusiasm.

Just makes me that much more psyched to get the real deal. If a knock off with essentially the same form factor (but mich cheaper materials and assembly) feels good, can only imagine how much better the inspiration is.

Mine says that too, also says the label and shipment date are 9/18 and its overnight so don't worry man. UPS will have the iPhones on 9/18 and they will shipout over night for delivery on 9/19.

I still think the back of your KIRF looks better than the real deal with the white lines. Apple should have went with gold like your KIRF :)

go where the least amount of people would go. Radio shack, best buy, target. Avoid the apple stores.
