VZW Order Status Thread

Still waiting......

I kind of screwed up during my order....I waited days until I accepted the Terms and Conditions before shipping. Original ship date 9/19, recently changed to 10/21.....and just a few mins ago switched to 10/17.:(

LMAO! I'm not on drugs. This is the first time I screwed up (or VZW screwed me) with my iPhone preorder (been doing it since iPhone 4. I waited until 11:59PM PST to refresh the VZW site but preorders started 5 mins early. So, I'm just disappointed because I'm not getting mine tomorrow.

So when I see a 4 day jump, I'm obviously going to act like I'm on drugs. I can't believe I'm doing this over a phone.

It's just a damn phone!!! How the hell do I hammer that into my brain so I can unglue myself from this thread and the constant reloading of my order status page? :mad::mad::mad:

Today bumped to 10/14.

Exp ship date updated from 10/14 to 10/10. Perhaps tomorrow we'll get 10/7? :eek:

I reckon it's meth. But it could be bath salts. I dunno anymore. I'm 14. Waaaaaay too old for this ****.

I never received any Terms and Conditions to accept although a VZW rep mentioned it. Should I be worried? The VZW rep I spoke to today said everything was OK with my order although I didn't specifically ask about the Terms and Conditions. I had a 10/14 ship date that just bumped up to 10/10.

I'm so excited because it's my sister's birthday tomorrow and I'm getting an iPhone plus 64gb spaceman grey. I may let her look at it but if she even thinks about touching she'll get the hose again.

I just hope mine gets here this month. I ordered a 16GB Space Grey.....nothing fancy...upgrading from the 4s
 
When I got my tracking # from Verizon's status page, clicking on it resulted in invalid # message from FedEx. Tried over and over, same thing. I thought I'd try the number on UPS and it worked. Somehow they provided the wrong link on my tracking #. Is that weird? Strange outfit, Verizon.

Verizon store opens at 8. My daughter and I are here and no one else is. Cannot believe noone is here. I pre-ordered, but my ship date is 10/21. Hoping to get one today!!!!

All 7 of the 16gb spaceman grey's we ordered for our cats are arriving tomorrow. Dad was like "should we get them 64gb?" and mum was like "don't be ridiculous Donald, what the hell a cat gonna do with 64gb!?!?"

Same thing happened to me. I called VZW and they said that my order was being delivered by UPS.
 
My phone just arrived at the UPS about 15 mins away from me. Can't UPS be open 24 hours so I can put on my charm and pick it up now?!

Noooo, instead I have to get a rootcanal in the morning and dream about my phone.... Sigh.

Root canal, Bummer! The last root canal I had they used old Novacaine that didn't work! Check the use-by date before they start. That was a real pain! Now you can worry about something other than your iPhone coming on time!

Sorry, don't mean to be flip about your RC. Hope it goes well.

Just got the 10/14 this morning after a week of not available. Switched to 10/10 tonight. Baby steps lol

I'm getting the good stuff, nitrous oxygen :) And immediately following, I'll be headed to UPS to pick up my phone while still high on nitrous haha. Tomorrow shall be fun.

The two of you are the only people camping out at a Verizon store? Seriously? The Verizon stores here, especially in Friendswood, are likely making a line around the mall. The Apple Store is like 1 minute away, so the lines will probably meet like last year.

It was kind of funny actually. Last year I drove past just to yell, "guess who pre-ordered?" Everyone was like screw you.

prefer ordered iPhone 6+ 64gb delivery date 10/7

I'm waiting in front 9th verizon store right now

can I not upgrade my phone if I have a pre order? My store has gotten 30 iphone pluses

I would like to get one for my line and cancel the previous order if that's possible.

Me too bro me too. I was hoping my iPhone would arrive in Houston by 4am so that away it can be on the truck for delivery first thing 6am.

Instead it will likely make it on the truck around 8:30am to 9:30am.

I'm really bummed because when I preordered the Note 3 last year, it didn't arrive on release day. The status was out for delivery but when 6:50pm came I called Fedex and they said the driver likely wouldn't make it.

I was pissed so I drove to 3 different fedex locations till I found a location that had my "package" (Note 3) and then bam I got it on release day.

It still pisses me off, and to be honest I prefer UPS, cause they will usually deliver up to 10pm on busy days, rather than get lazy and screwing the customer over.

I was told tonight that if I had to go to the Verizon store to get a phone if my preorder didn't ship, go ahead and get the phone, and if there was one available, wait until you're just about to complete the transaction, then call to cancel the preorder. However, I was adding a line. If I recall, once the salesperson confirms they have a phone for you, they may be able to cancel the preorder right then and there to restore eligibility.
