Ordered a Silver 6+ 128GB on 9/12. I had the ECDP error, and then got incorrect advice (from a VZW online chat) to order as a new customer. (That order was put on hold, and later canceled.) I finally placed an order over the phone at 4:48 AM EDT -- confirmation email arrived 5:33 AM. On the phone, and in email, my delivery date was 10/14 -- then unavailable, then back to 10/14, then 10/10, where it sits now. I have location code X08890, order number 390xxx. So far, no movement -- just crickets. :(

Would anyone recommend also placing an order through Apple's website and seeing which ships first? I'm paranoid they'll both ship at the same time and get screwed with double charges.

I have a very similar situation to you except I did not attempt to re order, mine went through fraud dept though. Mine was stuck at 10/14 then 10/10 and since then, nothing either. My email confirmation was sent to me at 225 am 9\12 PST but I ordered way before that during the pre order night. I called Verizon numerous times after I cleared everything up with the fraud dept which by the way had no answer as to why I was flagged for fraud in the first place, other than "it was a mistake and it did not affect your order processing time". Yeah right

I canceled my preorder and bought 2 iPhone 6 pluses 16gb at target today! Check idevicetracker and look for phones in your area

You can only pre-order one iPhone at a time per line on Verizon. Since Apple checks with your Verizon account first, you won't be able to order a second one unless you use a different line.

Well if you are using your upgrade to purchase your phone on your carriers contract then only one order can be placed otherwise the apple website will tell you there is an error with your order and you must either cancel your other order or start a new line.

How long did it take for your cancellation to go through?

Good to know. So I guess I'll bet on Verizon. Thanks for the help!

I understand the complaints. I think the carriers are doing everything they can right now. Hell, I think Apple is doing everything they can. I would say, they were a bit stupid to think that the Plus model wouldn't being selling as well as they are. I would hope they ramp up production earlier next time. Problem is, they love to be secret, and have surprises for us (consumer) I love being surprised on specs. So there has to be some fine line they try to walk over. Any who, everyone still looks like they are getting there devices about a WEEK-10 days early from there EOD.:apple:

I think Apple looked at Samsung's numbers for the Galaxy S-series vs. G-Note to try and figure demand. They never counted in the pent up demand for a Phablet within the iPhine community though. It looks to me like Apple was assuming 3:1 for 6 vs 6+, when it looks more like actual demand was closer to 1:1 or 3:2.

I have been on the S cycle (starting with the 3GS). Decided I didn't want to wait a year for a larger iPhone. Stopped in the Verizon store. Upgraded to 128GB Gold plus. Ship date is late October. Oh well.

Idevicechecker does not seem to be working right now, there are tons of regular 6's available in my area however when you use that website it shows none.

Anyone have any shipping information on the 6+ Gold 64gb?

There seems to be very little movement for Golds. I think the Chinese Mafia bought them all as gold is popular in Asia hahaha. I also ordered golds - i6 64 GB and i6 plus 64 GB, on 9/12 a little past 7:00 am EST. Went from Deliver by 10/7 to ship by 9/19 to ship by 10/7 to 10/3. Stuck @ 10/3 for almost a week now :-(

7am? it seems we're somewhere in the 4am hour in general for plus.

Anyone who ordered a 16GB Space Grey around 5:00AM EST have a ship date? My work ordered us phones, and they won't tell me the order number/shipping information :( I'm losing my mind.

I ordered at a VZW store around 4:00 pm on 9/12.

(1) 16gb 6 sg and (2) 16gb 6 silvers. Order number 384,###.

Initial date of 10/7, moved to 10/3. No action since.

Now that I see some of the 10/3's moving, I'm hoping to hear something soon.

How do Target stores get all the 6 Pluses?

I checked iDeviceChecker to see who had 6 Pluses in my area, and it showed that no store did. EXCEPT for Targets. All across the North East, there were lots and lots of Targets with the 6 Plus, but essentially no other store. There all seem to be 16GB, which to me isn't interesting. But still...

How does Target manage to get all these Pluses, and no other store does? Not even the Apple stores, and certainly not the VZW stores.

WOOT, just scored a iPhone 6 Plus 128 Gold available for pickup at my local Apple Store. Guess I will be refusing delivery for mine in route from VZW. Hopefully that will save me the $35 restocking fee.

From what I understand, Target does not participate in the JUMP, NEXT, or EDGE...so that weeds out some more people.

"Ordered 64g SG Plus for at&t at 5:45AM Eastern on 9/19. Delivery date was 10/13-10/20. Order status just changed from processing to preparing for shipment!
I have a trip coming up so I hope it gets here by 10/1! Now I gotta order a case..."

That is a post I copied from another thread on here, just a few minutes ago, so you are telling me this person ordered a plus on 9-19!! and it is preparing for shipment! While I ordered @ 1am PST pre order night and I still have nothing? WTF?
