VZW Order Status Thread

Oh and for those of you who think they are being truthful with you on the phone or in chat? They aren't. They flat out lied to me since 3am and EVERY rep I spoke with did the same thing.

Did you use your preorder confirmation number or your order number? You need to use the preorder confirmation number.

Your fine don't worry it will arrive on launch day. This is my 4th preorder with Verizon and they have all arrived on launch day. You are reading to much into it
 
My confirmation email says 9/12/2014 lol but the status page says 10/14/2014. I completed my order at 12:02am so that better not be correct.
 
Another update on my verizon order. Confirmation says delivery for 9/19 (6+) when i checked status this morning it said 10/7. Now it says date not available at this time….hmmmmm
 
What page is everyone using to check their status?

My email confirmation says delivery by 9/19 but my order status page says "not available at this time" 6+ 64gb
 
I ordered two 6+'s. Both through Verizon.

The 64GB Space Grey 6+ I ordered completed at 3:04 and the 16GB Space Grey 6+ I ordered at 3:07 are 3 weeks apart.

64GB - 9/19
16GB - 10/14

I've never pre-ordered through Verizon before (always apple.com), what is everyone's experience with them getting stuff early, or is it likely that the second iPhone actually will take almost an entire extra month to arrive?

With my past 4 Verizon preorders they all arrived on the day they said they would, the launch day. I have never had one with a shipdate past the launch day though so not sure about that part.
 
My 6 says 9/19 but my 6+says 10/7. I am really hoping that this changes because the trade-in a 4s or 5 and get $200 ends on 9/30. It did say that I got the extra 1GB but does not show the $25 credit per Edge phone so I'm on hold right now to speak with a CSR. Really hoping they can straighten this out for me but I'm not holding my breath, if I knew that I couldn't order 2 phones at the same time on Edge I would have started out with my 6+ order first and it would have been delivered 9/19. Argh! :mad:

Don't worry to much. It will change. I believe two years ago people where getting ship dates that said like 100 years ago, or maybe it was 100 in the future. Either way give it a few days for the system to catch up and process everything. In my experience you will get your phone on the email confirmation ship date or earlier.
 
Just out of curiosity I went back to Verizon's website to look at delivery dates. As of 11:15 am EST, every version of the 6 says it will be delivered by 9/19. The 16GB plus says 10/14 but the 64 and 128GB models all show 10/21. Guess I'll be happy that I'm getting my plus by 10/7 but still disappointed, I was on when the site went live and had a plus to be delivered on 9/19, I just didn't know that you couldn't order 2 devices at the same time on Edge. Very frustrating!

I really hope so...I'm antsy because I'm leaving the country for a week at the end of Sep and I'd like to have the new phone for trip to use the upgraded camera if nothing else.
 
Anyone remember from years past when we will start receiving shipping notifications and are cards charged?

Usually it will be a few days before the launch date, think 17th. They are shipping them via 2nd day and overnight. Your phone right now is actually probably sitting at a central hub somewhere. I remember in previous years there is a way to use the reference numbers and what not to track it on FedEX.

I just called and spoke with a rep for this very reason. All your normal discounts will still apply......the pre-order system simply does not show them.

Also the 1GB of extra data is per ACCOUNT not per line upgraded. So if your share more plan is the 12gb plan, it will be 13gb for one year.

When it "ships" aka when they assign a tracking number to yours since they are all already sitting at a central hub. I would expect cards to be charged 16-18th this year. I forget the exact dates last year, I was deployed when it shipped so I wasn't checking my accounts but it came on time.

That's not true. Whoever you talked to is wrong. It's 1 GB per line.

Thanks...that one gives a blank for ship date so essentially the same thing for now. I'll keep checking both today I can make sure I keep their server load high. Least I can do for what they charge on their data plans :D
 
I just talked to someone at verizon about my iphone 6+ 128gb. I ordered at 3:01 and my ship date says 10/14. The lady told me that the iPhone 6+ won't ship out till October so my 10/14 is right. I hope she is wrong.
