I'm half tempted to switch to the regular 6. They are available in store. Just tired of dealing with ATT service, or lack thereof.
 
Where I live yes, took a lot to get them to break my contract, but it's done just waiting for the phone so I can port my number.
 
I ordered a month ago and had a back order for phone 6 10/17. But I wonder if I should change it to plus. what do you think? Either way, will wait for new iPhone.

Which on did you order. I had two ordered on the Verizon Business Site that I ordered on Sept 19 that I canceled on Thursday and ordered 2 Iphone 6's 128gb one silver and one space gray and the silver one was delivered on Friday and the space gray one is at FedEx here in my town for delivery on Monday.
 
I got tired of waiting on my VZW order (placed 9/23, est shipping 10/17, but recently bumped another week for an unknown reason) for an iPhone 6 SG 64GB, and the Apple store nearest me (Greensboro, NC) had 128GB models in stock, so I cancelled the order and went over there (3pm today). The line was about 10-15 people long, but the door guy said it was too late to stand in line because it might be close to closing time (6pm) before I would get to the front. They also said if I reserved the phone through Apple's app for pickup, it would take at least an hour for the phone to be ready. So I just walked away, this is too much drama to just buy a phone. Maybe I'll try again in a few months when this **** dies down.
 
Is an order placed 9-21 a preorder??

I ordered online on 9-21 and got a 10 digit order number on my email that really shows nothing, under the My Verz site it shows a 7 digit order number but it's not trackable. Any ideals on tracking, seems iconic is only for preorders as it ask for a ref# that I don't have anywhere.

You need to get a confirmation number, which a CSR can provide. I got mine through the online chat. Iconic doesn't need it to be a preorder, mine was ordered 9/23.

I ordered iPhone 6 64GB same date but still on process stage as of yesterday. Mine is space Grey same as iPhone 5
 
Finally able to see order with the other link I could never get to work. Surprise, no new info. Ship date yesterday (never happened), Iconic status C, order cluster E, I am not edge.

I am not edge either but mine has "orderCluster": "E" too.
So maybe its not for edge?
 
Well folks, after a couple hours of research, blood, sweat, and tears, I figured out what "orderCluster": "E", means on the iconic status.

I was able to figure it out for mine, with the E. It means that my order was placed under the Edge agreement, which indeed it was.

I'm sure knowing this bit of info, you can all figure yours out as well now!

After a little research it seems Order Cluster is the Call Center/Origin point of the order. From who I spoke to this value will be a random letter based on where the computer that placed the order is based. Not the Verizon Store, but the place the Verizon Store contacts, or the Verizon Data Center the order was received at. "orderType" Would be used to classify the Edge from the Contract and so on. Again not saying this is 100% accurate just what I have discovered from a few programmers I spoke to.

My target had the plus I'm SG I wanted but only 16gb. I will just wait for the device I want. Come on 10/31
 
I will say, I am very dissapointed that there has been literally NO movement this weekend of phones. I hope it picks up this week.

It probably will. I was really surprised when I saw your post just now because mine bumped to 10/24 from 10/28 as well but I'm getting my phone tomorrow.

I hope you will see some movement tomorrow morning!
 
My phone is finally showing up in my orders which it hasn't before today :)

Mine too!! We're getting closer! Before it had a generic picture and just said "device", iirc.

Just noticed it also says "the return period has expired for this device". Haven't even received it yet, wankers.
 
interesting, my order has finally shown up on my actual Verizon account online, before I could only see the iconic order or clicking the order status link in the email, and whenever I went to view recent orders on my Verizon account, it said no orders in the past 150 days.

Just checked again, and there it is, recent order of an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB in Space Grey, and a message saying the return period has expired for this device. On that page, it doesn't show an estimated shipping date. On the order status page from the link in the order confirmation email, it shows estimated shipping of 11/14. I'm just happy to at least seeing the order show up in my Verizon account...
