VZW Order Status Thread

I ordered my 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray on 9/15 and I still have no new information about it at all. All I ever got was a order number and if I check the status it just says "Your order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon."

It has said that since 9/15 And my Verizon account doesn't show the phone under the orders at all.

But, if I call *611 the only information I can get is that it's going to ship by 10/31, and it tells me about an order reference number ending in "254000" but I can't find that number anywhere, so it must be only showing in their system or something.

I hope there's truth to that. My original ship date isn't for 4 weeks for a model in short supply (64+ SG). Although my details showed up tonight in my Verizon I find it hard to imagine it would be shipped anytime soon.

Hmmm...thats about like mine. I did that on 9/15 with a 6+ 16GB SG, and I have nada. nothing under my account at all. Weird how all this shi* works, with some getting it to show, and some not. Oh, and, just found out I also won't be getting free overnight shipping...That was a lie, on there website said otherwise.

Either that's a lie or my order is not coming by its ship date of 10/10 because I can't see anything.

My guess its a lie and or just not knowing. That makes NO sense at all! I just hate that there is soo many different things showing up. Some see this, some see that. Just don't understand it.

I hope I got 1 day but the rep at Verizon put the order in for me so I have no idea.

Someone said you had to select next day shipping, and it would show a charge and a credit for shipping on the order invoice making it free. I'm sure it was intentionally done that way with no clear direction for that option anywhere in the order process which is pretty poor if you ask me. It said free next day shipping before even starting the order process which would cause anyone to assume it would automatically ship that way.

Exactly, and when my phone does ship, by the end of next year, lol...I am going to make sure how crappy that is that they are not honoring it. I am usually not one to bitch, but not gonna lie, thats just terrible business when it says free overnight shipping. Maybe they will give me a bill credit. Think of how crappy it would be if it ships thursday and overnight would be friday, but your gonna have to wait until monday.. that will be me.. )))

I ordered a 6plus sg 64 gig on 9/26 with a delivery date 11/7 when I check iconic it shows cluster w...... Would love to just buy at a local store but the $200 trade-in was very attractive.... Hopefully it ships sooner.... Anyone else in cluster w? Seems like most are cluster e

Side note my parents ordered sg 6 16gig from att and told 4 weeks and received them 3 days later..... Yes 3 days.....

One week ahead on order (same exact phone) and one week ahead on estimated delivery here, cluster E, and no movement still

For me it worked this way...

1) The orders weren't under View Order Status first two weeks after I placed order.

2) 2 weeks in...The orders appeared but with no information...just order #'s

3) *correction 5 days later, Device info was filled out for purchase on the 12th.

4) Next Day Saw Iconic Status said Shipped (no tracking)

5) I think it was about 8 hrs later, I received shipping.

6) Purchase information for the 3 purchases (all 6+) I made on the 15th appeared today.

...hoping i'll get shippinh information on these orders. I also noticed that on the backend of iconic they moved the information around. Not sure if that means anything but I did notice that when they were changing my status, the iconic system was slow and laggy.

I have no idea what "iconic" is, but my confirmation e-mail says I'm in W, 6+ 128 SG.

Assume the W means order location, because that's what the e-mail says.

Okay if I don't see anything by the 24th I think its apple telling me to wait and get bigger capacity in store. I still don't understand why mine (or could be) is just sitting in store stock. Btw not verizon stores. But verizon phones in other stores. Target in general. WTf mate?

I think my order might be in an new stage or something because I can't put an iPhone in my cart on apples website anymore. I get to the last page that says I have upgrade/new contract pricing and i try to accept and always get an error now. I was doing this so I could try to find one for personal pickup earlier than my ship date of 11/4, but now I can't unless I cancel the order I guess.

Mine just did that too, yesterday. I'm thinking it may mean we're getting them this week. My ship date is 10/17 though, but they have recently been running earlier by a week or two.

What color is your phone? Anyone else see their device show up in the "My Verizon" order history with details recently? I also have a 64 plus that just showed up, it is SG. A few others just got order details yesterday and I noticed at least one other 64 plus SG. It could have something to do with the model type, that's why I'm asking.

I have a 128 Gold 6 that I'm using while waiting on my 128 SG 6+ that I ordered on the 18th. The 6 will go to my wife when I get my phone, but I would be lying if I said I hadn't thought about just going with a 128 SG 6 that has immediate availability. The wait is so frustrating that stock is making it's way to retailers at what seems like a much higher rate than is being sent to and shipped by VZW.

I think it can happen at any time, but mine hasn't changed yet so I couldn't tell you for sure. Looking at others' post, it appears at any time it can.
