VZW Order Status Thread

hmm...128GB plus is showing shipping on 10/31 on the Verizon online store, my current order for 64GB plus is shipping 11/14...cancel order and change to 128GB, and get 2 weeks sooner? It would be $5 more a month with my edge plan...thoughts?

Well someone was right about the edge turning in phone problem. Verizon reps don't know anything the First Lady told me I could today the rep told me if I didn't it would have been a 300 dollar charge smh
 
Question:

How long after upgrading and activating the new phone should the new plan go in to affect? I upgraded from Unlimited data to a different plan. My new cycle started today and I still have unlimited data. I assumed that my plan would change at the first new cycle after upgrading but it still has not yet.

Yeah that's what the order page says ("2-Day Ground - Free; Est. Delivery 10/09"), and I asked a rep online to make sure that's correct. There was no mention of backorder status on that model at all. They must have a bunch of the 128s sitting in a regional warehouse.

But we will see how it actually plays out. I ordered it an hour ago and haven't gotten an email or been charged yet. Will update as I find out.

I finally get an email from Verizon and it is telling me that my order is delayed until 10/17:mad:

The promotion was only for residential customers of verizon. The link should have never worked for me since we are a verizon business customer. :mad::mad::mad: Of course, nobody tells me this, and there is my order for all to see. The order is just a "shell". Today, a verizon rep gets on the phone with me and comcast, whose rep says, oh, that shouldn't have went thru sorry.

I had to reorder, no gift card, no free gb of data. verizon is going to add the gb back after I activate my phone which should ship by 10/21. And, I got the infamous, jump the line bit. We shall see.

Now, I am waiting for a supervisor at comcast to complain and hopefully get a credit on my account.

My order is finally showing up in my account. Still waiting to hear back from comcast.
 
Speaking of Christmas I'm starting to think that's what a status of C means you'll get it by Christmas, lol.

I did this same thing on Thursday and have a business account and got it in my hands the next day on two of the iphone 6 128gb phones.
 
Ordered: 9/21 in store iphone 6 64gb SG Est ship: 10/17

Iconic backend status just turned to S finally. Awaiting a tracking number
 
Well, now that my order has been sent for processing, I am feeling nostalgic for the early days of this thread. Anyone remember our MVP JackWendyDave, and All Caps Man? Fun times.

I 2nd that..hahah btw, there are 5 planes en route to MEM that should/better have iphones on them. 2 from ANC, and 3 directly from China. I wonder if Verizon knows when they leave China who they are designated for, or does that happen at memphis....

Thanks for your help! All I'm getting is the MATCH_FAILED. I do have my confirmation number too. So I guess it should update in the future? My scheduled delivery date is 11/14 for the 64gb SG plus.
 
Ok question for the masses. Original order 9/12. Got canceled by customer service, reordered 24th with the promise of keeping my spot. Now my expected ship date is.... 9/19.... what the??
 
It's so tempting yo cancel my order of the 128 plus and order the 6 128 gb but I have to remain strong. The plus is the phone I want.
