TL;DR, I'm a greedy iPhone bastard

I broke down. Cancelled my order for 64gb SG +, ordered 128gb SG +...the shipping eta went from 11/14 to 10/31, so I shaved off 2 weeks and got extra storage space...and maybe that will help free up a 64GB plus for someone else!

Oh, my order cluster was E before, now it's M...so ya, E def does not mean Edge..who knows...

I just did the same. I figured why not get the extra storage and knock a week or 2 off. For what it's worth, my CSR said the phones were shipping earlier than the expected ship dates (she didn't specify models, just said in general)

Typing to you guys on my new 6+ that got delivered today!

I'm going to continue to check in as I have 3 other 6+ that still haven't come on yet.

The 6+ is glorious and even though I didn't get the gold and VZW screwed up my order the space grey is absolutely gorgeous! And the battery life is impeccable!

Can't wait to see everyone's phones come in!

So being the super vigilant person I am I called Verizon to make sure my change from the 64GB SG iPhone 6 to the 128GB SG iPhone 6 went through, lady said my previous order had been cancelled and my new order was "Pending", she said check back in 48hours for shipping info which made me nervous but she was literally the coolest CSR I've ever spoken to! Regardless the CSR I spoke with yesterday said I'd likely have the phone by Thursday or Friday.....I think its worse now that the phone is coming so soon because now I'm really over the moon! haha. I kept checking the order status all last night and morning as well as staring at my iPhone 6 case and the paper model inside of it trying to imagine the real thing lol.

I asked about switching my order to iPhone 6 128gb SG from the 64gb, she said it would ship today. I was gonna do it and never heard another thing back from her.

I stopped by the Verizon Store Sunday to ask about it and I think they are all tired of all of us iPhone nuts.

Called Apple Biz on Sunday and they had the automated leave a message and we will get back with you and I left my info and they never called me back.

If you're an easy order (EDGE eligible) your best bet is to go through Apple.

If you have a different situation (keeping unlimited data by buying the phone full price/you're a business) you're pretty much forced to order through the carriers.

Ordering online, although it takes some time to get to us, is the only way to avoid all the nonsense of going in stores.

To Apple and the carriers credit, I think they've met the ship by date for everyone's order thus far. There's no one who hasn't received the phone or at least shipped by the ship by date, yes?

My ship date was 9/19. Still waiting.

Was told by multiple Apple Store employees if you are a new edge customer you cannot do edge in store and way around that I called Apple Store Easton in Columbus Ohio as well as Apple Store Polaris both gave same info

Somebody tell me what's going on with my 6 Plus order! It was placed on 9/12 at 11:55 AM and had an original ship date of 10/17. I just checked and the ship date is now blank! What a frustrating process to say the least!:confused:

Thats a good thing. I'm sure you will get shipping soon. I ordered the same phone you did on 9-16. I hope I will get some shipping soon.
 
No love for the 16g club I see. 15 more days til I'm really gonna get mad. Let's see it next week for sure!!! Please apple/verizon!

I just checked again and the order date has changed to today's date of 10/08

And the following is showing up my "Orders" page:

Checked further in the "Documents" section of my account and see a receipt that the order has been paid. By the way, I am using Edge.

None of this was back there before until just now.

I've got two cases at the house already waiting on my 16gb silver 6.

Still hoping for earlier than 10/17...

Where are you seeing the ship date? what page?

I'm not seeing a ship date but what I am seeing is the order date now reflects today's date of 10/08. Originally, it was 09/12.

Go to: http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/orderstatus/OrderStatusForm

And then go to "check your status" (which now just shows two fields...one for tracking and the other block for the order tracking number.

Next, go to "review your history" to get access to the "My Orders" page. That is where the date has been changed to 10/08.
