VZW Order Status Thread

i just found this thread today. ive been on one of the apple.com order threads which was dumb and gave me no info, it was just people saying they got their phones or people whining and complaining about apple lol. this thread actually gives me info about my device.:D

there are weeks worth of orders that have the 10-31 ship date, I'm just not sure its a guess on verz's part?? Guess I will be happy to have it by Christmas lol
 
I ordered an iphone 6 Silver 16GB via the VZW webpage on 9/20/14 and got an expected ship date of 10/14/14. Since my initial order confirmation email, I have received no updates. Status shows Your order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon. It seems like this configuration has had delays. Has anyone's expected ship date passed. Not too hopefully considering its is supposed to ship by tomorrow, and no credit card charge, or any other updates. Including via Iconic order status.

Hope this might ease the fear of those that read the Verizon forums and got scared from the vocal majority over there.

I suppose this also means I can bolt from the Verizon order if a phone pops up locally, BUT, according to the spreadsheet, iPhone 6 64GB SG's are shipping from orders one day behind mine. Should be any day now.

I hope you are right about that particular model shipping any day.

I still have not even gotten my packing material from Verizon to send my old phone back. I emailed them this weekend about it and have heard nothing.
 
I know everyone is anxious about getting there phone, trust me...I know as well. They will be getting them out there as fast as they can.. Hey, I am going to wait 4.5 weeks after I ordered mine to get it...sux, but it beat the estimate by 9 days!! Everyone hang in there, they are working hard.

Yup..I ordered same exact phone configuration as you on 9/14. I ordered one online that stated 9/19 delivery and one by phone that was to have 10/7 delivery. They both just shipped on Saturday so I should have 10/14 or 10/15. Both past expected ship/delivery dates..

Agreed. Also, when we completed the transaction we all knew what our ship date would be. Although I don't like seeing the in store stock, and some people's ship days have passed with nothing, the large majority of orders are being shipped on time. We should be happy to have the phones when they said we'd have them.
 
Grey 6+ 128GB ordered at 3pm on 9/12 with 10/24 estimated arrival date.
So only 11 days away.

I haven't been charged yet, nor is anything in my order history. Some have said the order appears in there about 12 days before dispatch, is that still true?

I'm still expecting it by a week on Friday, like it says, but I wouldn't be surprised now if it gets pushed back.
 
just a heads up.. a co-worker of mine ordered the 16gb gold 6+ and has had 10/24 as ship date. she got a tracking number today and it will be here wednesday.
 
Well crap

Just saw this thread after placing an order for a SG 128GB iPhone 6 Plus yesterday. The estimate ship date is 10/31. Should I just go ahead and cancel this order? I don't want to wait any longer than that and I'm sure I could grab one at an Apple Store sooner.

You should have your order by then, I believe by now they have things better sorted and your estimated ship date should be met. That said, some people here have found phones in stores and actually cancelled their orders with Verizon over the phone as they went to purchase the phone from the store. You may want to keep your order, and if you find a phone you can cancel then (unless your phone has went to ship from Verizon in which case you can't cancel.)

Added. You can also update as you receive any new info. The spreadsheet can be found all over this thread, but it was originally posted on page 313 of this thread, the very top post.

Also, I happened to order my phone that same day, same configuration, same est. delivery. Hopefully when one of ours is shipped, the others will be right after. This is the model with the longest wait times, but they are farther ahead on shipping with many orders for 10/24 delivery have been shipped. (Only one guy on the spreadsheet, who happens to have 3 of them and a 10/24 ship date hasn't received anything yet.) The 23 is also the first day this model went from 10/31 ship dates to 11/7, and they stayed that way for over a week so we should be in a good spot. Edit, it appears that the 11/7 ship date for these began a few days earlier according to the sheet.
