alright thanks! How do you know what order cluster youre in?? and what do the order clusters exactly mean?

We have not found a real meaning to any of that info. There hasn't been any sort of pattern so the location, cluster and order number can basically be ignored. There isn't anything important that can be gathered from that info

You really are looking for your status to say sent for processing which means its on its way to ship, or look for a credit card charge because tracking arrives shortly after the charge.

I'm with ya. I'm thinking there is a good chance we have our phones by 10/31, if they continue the pace they are on. There is a real chance its before that, but I'm not counting on any info this week or most likely next week. The best case I think is movement at the end of next week or over that weekend.

To note, I called today and mentioned I wanted to see about chaning the phone to a 128 6 Space Gray and the rep told me it is showing on their end it's going to ship on 10/24. I take that with a huuuuuuge grain of salt but I said I'll wait another week to see some movement but if not I'll be changing it to a 6.

The sheet is now group sorted Type(6 or +)->capacity->color->date...should be easier to follow the trend for your particular phone configuration
 
My order needs to be corrected to 9/20 as the order date. I ordered the phone at 11:48pm CDT on the 19, but Verizon considers it a 12:48 EST order which is 9/20.
 
Just saw this thread after placing an order for a SG 128GB iPhone 6 Plus yesterday. The estimate ship date is 10/31. Should I just go ahead and cancel this order? I don't want to wait any longer than that and I'm sure I could grab one at an Apple Store sooner.

I was one who did that. The way it worked for me is when I walked in they put me in a queue. When it was my turn, they told me what they had unstick, and sent me a text with a QR code that was good until closing. In other words, they held the phone for me. Then I went to Verizon and cancelled my order. Went back to the Apple Store and got my iPhone. Not the color I ordered (space gray) but it was a plus and the memory I wanted, so I bought it.
 
10/13 3:25PM EST - status is still set as "PRE". Ordered on 9/18 with a deliver by 11/4. This was ordered through a business account.

I ordered an iphone 6 Silver 16GB via the VZW webpage on 9/20/14 and got an expected ship date of 10/14/14. Since my initial order confirmation email, I have received no updates. Status shows Your order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon. It seems like this configuration has had delays. Has anyone's expected ship date passed. Not too hopefully considering its is supposed to ship by tomorrow, and no credit card charge, or any other updates. Including via Iconic order status.

I ordered 3 IP 6 all 3 SG (2- 16g and 1 64g) on Sept 16 with an expected ship date of 10/17/14. After hearing all the stories about people getting their phones early, I called VZW on 3 different occasions and was told it was processing. Finally, last Friday I finally spoke with a VZW CSR (Ashley) that was very helpful. She told me my order was "stuck in the system" and I had to re-place the entire order. When I never got a confirmation email on Saturday I called back and that order was also stuck in their system!!!! Yesterday, I received a call from a supervisor who placed my order a 3rd time and placed a rush on the order because I had been waiting so long. Don't take for granted that this has not happened to you too. I was told by VZW that they have had this happen to a lot of people. Apparently, someone decided it would be a good idea to upgrade their computer system at the same time the IPhone 6 was released. Good luck!!!!

I haven't been able to call Verizon CS as I'm a new account. But I went into a store and they said my order says it is initialized, I'm guessing that doesn't mean it's stuck.

I was told early this morning through chat that they were having problems with some orders. She (Ann) said that my order was ok, she also gave me my confirmation number.

When I go to the order page, I still get the same thing that my order is 'processing' and my shipping details will be available soon. I know nothing other than that. I am unaware if my shipping date has moved up or anything.

The second iPhone, ordered the same way:
Pre-ordered on 9/18/14. 6 Plus Space Gray/Black 128, expected ship date is by 11/4/14... the online order still says it is being processes and I will receive shipping details once it has shipped.

No clue otherwise. :(

I guess I get to contact VZW tomorrow. They shipped my phone ground instead of 2nd day. Not that it'd make a huge difference but I ordered it with 2nd day...

Mine was ground (fedex) and 2 days. Also, They didn't have signature required.

I also ordered this exact configuration, except on 9/26 and also have an expected ship date of 10/24. Mine still says processing as well but I'm hopeful we will see some movement by the end of this week.

Same configuration here, but 9/22 and 10/24. The wait is killing me (maybe that's a bit dramatic).
