VZW Order Status Thread

Yes it is grouped by model, capacity, color, then order date. This way the like phones are together, then sorted by order date so people can see where their model stands. As people add their info I've just been re-sorting them in. I think we decided its the easiest way to read the sheet and hopefully avoids people sorting to find their model. It was first designed and sorted by order date but it was hard to gain any real insight without models grouped together.
Agreed but that also means that hopefuly VZW is expecting a chit-ton of 128GB SG iPhone 6 Plus models to be incoming since its been a month since the ship time of that model slipped to 10/31 and I'm sure there are still orders coming in for it every day and the date hasn't slipped yet.
Yeah that is the only thought giving me hope. They must have a huge batch of them due to come in sometime next week and start sending them out to the masses... but if it doesn't show we are all up the creek.
That's been my thinking. They moved dates back quickly, I'm sure to avoid over promising orders. They have held pretty strong for the weeks following pre-order week and launch day. Although they have moved back a bit farther, its taken weeks worth of order to do so. I think its a good sign for people who ordered earlier.

I'm sorry. You are right. Hopefully you will change on wed, I really think rich girl nailed it by saying they really only move wed, Thur, Fri and update by end of Sunday.
Yeah makes sense too me as well actually just hoping for a Friday or Monday delivery

Feel free to update your order status as you see changes. The more people we get with accurate up to date info the better the spreadsheet becomes.
:/ I ordered the exact same thing on 10/7, expected delivery is 10/17.....Has anyone received their phone without any shipping info getting issued? Bleh this sucks....
As for the SIM card, I'm curious too....I think I'm just going to put my old SIM card in my 6 when it gets here but I'm guessing I'll have to call to get VoLTE activated. My dad is getting my 5c so we gotta go to Verizon as soon as I get my new phone so he isn't left in the wind....would it be possible to use the new or old SIM as my dads new SIM card? He has a regular iPhone 4 so no SIM card...
Haha I did a similar thing, used my dads upgrade, he don't mind though, he just wants Siri and more than 8GB's of space (he only has the iPhone 4 8GB) so a 32GB iPhone 5c is fine for him. I backed up both our iPhones 2 weeks ago so that when the 6 comes there won't be a tremendous amount of new data to back up by iTunes....saves allot of time and is sort of an exciting ritual I do before I get my new iOS device. Sort of like setting the cookies and milk out for Santa Claus! Haha
Mine is a 128GB SG iPhone 6 (Standard), JReed IIRC bought the same thing around the same time so we are in the same boat. My ship date is 10/17, I guess Verizon said it should be at my door by 10/17 though....don't trust those guys however!

Hi y'all! I have watching the forum every day to see what kind of system Verizon is using to send out the iPhones. I order the iPhone 6 Plus 64 Silver and only one person seems to gotten theirs. Somebody listed a status of "Awaiting Inventory."
OK. I can't use Iconic since it was a Verizon Business order. I wasn't given a reference number.
You can probably call and they will give it to you. Thats what i did. Not business line, but should still have a reference number.
I just noticed my order now shows up in my order History on My Verizon. Ordered 9/23 and it took until 10/5 for order details to show up in my Verizon. Showed there for 9 days and moved to order history today. I still don't think we know if this means anything correct? Has any one else's order that's past the return period (or so it says) and moved into their order history. Did it mean anything?
I don't understand this confusion. All phones from Verizon, with iPhone 5,5S,6 (LTE enabled ones), should and will come with a SIM card already. That's speaking from recent experience, of have gotten a 2 new iPhone 6's and a iPhone 5s over the last couple weeks, not to mention my iPhone 5 from two years ago. Logically it would make no sense for them to expect regular customer to have to swap SIM card, most of them probably don't even know they have a SIM card or what the little tray is on the side of their phone. So its simply less work for them to include SIM card then having people running to the store for help.
With your 6 all you have to do is to turn it on and turn off your old phone, the SIM should already be inside the iPhone 6. As for your dad, you should be able to just call Verizon and give them your dad's number + SIM card number and they should be able to put it under your dad's number without any issue.
