I placed an order for a 128gb 6+ today with a estimated ship date of 10/31. anyone else order recently, does the expected ship date of 10/31 stay the same?

I pre-ordered one on September 12th and still waiting. My ship date is supposed to be October 24th, one week before you. I hope you get yours sooner, just like I hope for me.

bored at lunch at work, decided to chat with Verizon and see if they knew anything.
Here is relevant parts of the convo:
Me: I was just curious if ya'll have any info on iPhones getting shipped out; if sooner than the estimated ship dates or at least mostly on time?
Verizon: I can totally understand the suspense of ship dates! My sister orders a lot of books and movies for me online for presents and likes to surprise me with them. I can never wait until they get here!
Me: haha awesome, I know that feel
Verizon: Our iPhone 6 orders are all going out on time, so no need to worry about that! If everything continues like it has been, your iPhone 6 will get shipped to you on Halloween.

They meant to say, since we've pushed everyone's iPhone delivery date back they're now shipping on time.
I cancelled my preorder and reordered on October 5. I chatted to a rep online to get my confirmation number. It took three tries. The third time I just came out and ask could she see the order confirmation on her screen and told her I would like to have it so I could track my order through their iconic system. She typed it right back to me.
Have been watching this thread helping to pass the time.
Pre-ordered 6+ 64gb space gray on 9/17 around 3:00pm over phone. CSR told me expected ship date was 10/28 which was bumped back to 10/31. No movement since order date. Hoping to see some movement soon as my case is here already like some others on here.

Relax man I'm not confused at all I know how the system works! I was just thinking out loud sort of and was only wondering if I could use the new SIM card for my dads number....wasn't sure if it was assigned to my number and unactivated or if its just a blank SIM card period, the latter of which is what I suspected so I'll have Verizon take care of it.
Yup same....well mine is 10/17 but I nothing under order history, no iconic reference number, no email, nada. I'm really hoping they do this all at the 11th hour when I'm asleep so I can wake up to a new phone!

So I ordered a 64gb SG 6+ on 10/02 and had an original ship date of 11/14. The two iconic screens used to show the same info on iconic (ship date of 11/14) but now one shows 10/31. Update... actually they both show 11/14again I swear one showed 10/31 until I refreshed...

I think most configurations will have movement by the end of the week. A lot of flights coming in daily. Like richgirl and promet have said. Wed, thurs, fri is when movement happens but they are stock piling each day now and not shipping anyones. So I'm assuming* theres gonna be a fair amount of movement around friday and monday.
I would say ya because the days are getting closer and closer. so there will have to be movement to reach people order dates.

The day mine shipped it sat in Memphis until 2:45 AM the morning of delivery, was in NY a few hours later, then on the truck for delivery shortly after that. Don't worry, FedEx is usually on time!
By the way, mine was a 128GB Space Gray Plus, ordered 9/12, 9:25AM, delivered 9/30.
That 10/24 date coming up for me is only a ship date. Not a delivery date.

oh wow!! Ok, Thank you for that! I feel much better now. The rep said its fedex priority or something like that, the shipment says FEDEX 2 Day. and siggy is required. So, you got your phone on Tuesday the 30th, and it was in Memphis, on the status thing even at 2:45am that morning? Then on a flight to NY and delivered that same day? I just want to make sure I see that right. So, this sounds normal...lol?

Yes, I ordered the Verizon Silver 128GB iPhone 6 Plus on 10/11. Expected ship date was listed as 10/31. I don't believe it, though. As there are people who ordered weeks before us and they still don't have theirs. I'm prepared to wait and if it does in fact come on or near 10/31, great!
