Then I don't have to wait in line like everyone else, I get helped as soon as my guy is ready (usually right away because of the appointment.) I can't tell you how much of a difference a good, knowledgeable rep makes. You'll also receive a more personalized experience because the rep will know you and your plan very well. You get the right rep, and they will be checking in a things like this periodically, making sure their good customer is being taken care of.
