No, I've had to wait this long for an iPhone and then have to wait for my LP case...
I ordered my phone the week following launch - I would like to say either the 24th or 25th. iPhone 6 64gb space gray. My credit card was changed on Saturday, device shipped Monday and received it today. 
Whats even better is that I didn't know about the promotional 1gb of data Verizon was offering at the time. I am now getting 4gb of data when on my 5 I was paying for 2gb! More everything offered me 1gb more for the same price plus the 1gb promotional.

So... the Nexus 6 release date is Nov 3... maybe something to think about if the iPhones don't arrive by 10/31...
Coming from a Nexus 5 (this will be my first iphone) i really hope i like it after the long wait.
I am really impartial to brand, Apple - Android, just want a good device with quick updates and quality, which i know i have had with Nexus.

Seriously tho, Android L and the Nexus 6 look amazing. I want one as a second phone.

But seriously they both have their benefits and drawbacks... i have a Nexus 7 and Ipad 3, love both for different reasons. So with Android L on the N7 and iOS8 on the 6+ i should have the best of both worlds

Ordered my 6 Plus from verizon.com on 9/24 and still nothing... Not supposed to arrive until 10/31ish though. I'm anxious to get it but would like to see an otterbox defender or lifeproof released before I can get it and break it
I ordered a case from amazon to protect the 6+ I'm waiting for just until the Otterbox commuter comes out. Unless I like the case I ordered for $12.

I love the protection of a full case but I hate either not being able to touch the whole screen or hitting the sides of the case withe my thumb when I'm trying to play a game or something. I picked up a case from Amazon with tpu on the inside and an aluminum bumper on the outside. I feel like when I get my phone I'm going to love it. #firstworldproblems I know...
Why boo this man? Boo Apple for always under producing initially. You cannot say you really believe each time Apple underestimates the demand. It is blatantly obvious they are trying to make it sound like its so hot even they were awed by the demand and thus did not have enough supply ready, blah, blah, not hoping to create a frenzy of everyone wanting this "hot" device. They do it and it works a good bit unfortunately.
I like my current Iphone and want to stay with Iphone, but Apple sure does make it hard not for someone who is not a fanboy or lemming to not consider switching.
where did you get the location number? i checked my order status through the link in the email and it didn't show up

It was the spigen. I liked the design better than others I looked at. Holding the case and just setting my iPhone 5 in the case makes me want my 6+ right now even more...
