Is there a way to use this with a business order? The order has no last name just "company name inc" I have tried using "company" and "name" and "inc" and "companyname" and "nameinc" all combinations i could think of that it might use in the last name field. - any ideas?


By the way I have been lurking for weeks. I love this thread. Friendly and helpful folks here.

I am not sure about business accounts I don't have any experience with them.

My 6+ SG 128 is coming from West Chester/Coatesville PA, not Memphis or Anchorage.
My order region is NY.

It estimates Monday delivery but PA isn't far so I can hope for tomorrow. It won't come on Saturday as the tracking says it's a weekday delivery.

My 6 SG 128GB is coming from Memphis but I live in Upstate NY, delivery is tomorrow. What does indirect signature mean? Does it just mean any old smuck at the door has to sign and not a specific person? I've never had to sign for anything where it had to be a specific person except for when I ordered my retina MacBook Pro at BestBuy (they wouldn't let ANYONE touch it!)

Yes it means anyone can sign or you can presign.

Seems like mine isn't working. do i leave the quotation marks? lol I'm trying to figure out what i could be doing wrong.

Checked the Verizon site, Iconic and my credit card company and nothing yet. I should have ordered each phone line individually instead of all four at once. I wonder if that is holding me up? Well, I am also ordering two iPad Air 2's tomorrow on the pre-order. Not using the Verizon site though, going straight to Apple. I may start taking bets as to whether I get my iPad's before my phones! I feel once they release mine, a bunch will me going. Will check later on tonight.

No don't include the quotations. Simply delete the word confirmation between the = and & signs and replace with your 16 digit number the rep gave you. Then delete the word yourlastname and replace with your actual last name after the second = sign.

I ordered a 6 and a 6+ and they have different est. ship dates (10/24, 10/31) Should I have different confirmation numbers? I only have one currently and iconic is only showing me 10/31 ship date.

Yes that is what's holding you up. You are the last 10/24. Verizon places priority over smaller orders(because they can do them quick and it's fair to spread their current stock far and wide instead of giving one person 3.) I do and don't agree with their logistics

Weird, i did the exact same thing before and it didn't work. Now it does! thank you. Now to decode this thing!

I will be ordering from Apple next year. Orders from 9/22 shipping today for 64 plus SG models. I am early edge and couldn't this year. I will have it payed off in time for the launch and skip this Verizon crap.

OK biz accounts I got the iconic page working: use the preorder confirmation number and then for last name use COMPANY%20NAME%20INC

Basically use your company name with %20 between the words in the url. Hope it works for you!
 
Well I've gone from checking my status about 400 times a day to about 100. This is just ridiculous :mad::D like many have said its just a phone but waiting sucks! My local Apple Store has 128's in stock. Very tempting to pay more.
 
My case came in today, I think the plus is going to be the perfect size for me. Of course this makes the wait even harder now that I know how it will feel in my hands... Any 10/24's get shipped yet? My SG 16gb 6+ has seen no movement yet.

Wow, i didnt think that worked for biz accounts but i just tried with my order number and its still not working. I looked back at my order confirmation email and it does not give a preorder conf. number. Only an order number??

Regardless, i ordered on 9/16 and still have "pre" as a status.

I haven't seen any movement yet. I was hoping we would see something on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We still have the rest of today and tomorrow. So here's hoping we do!

Have you guys seen the new iMac with Retina Display?! It's 27 inches of pure glory. I've upgraded my iPhone, now I need to upgrade my iMac!
