VZW Order Status Thread

6+ SC 64GB ordered 9/21 expected ship 11/7 -- No movement.

So my apple store has a bunch of 6+ units in today, including what I ordered... but I did a new edge plan for the 60% 12 month payoff, and if I were to cancel my order and grab one at the store I would have to be under the new edge program of 75% 18 month payoff.

Looks like I must wait for Verizon.... I will not be ordering from them again, straight to the apple store for the 6S+ next year.
 
Mine went from 6hrs away to 12hrs away lol Fedex makes no sense at times went from PA to NY

I am in the same situation regarding the Edge program. I was also able to get into the early upgrade window that ran until 9/30 so I'm afraid that if I cancel my order, I'll lose that early eligibility.

I have also been following the thread on Apple orders and they aren't moving much faster. I am so irritated that Apple isn't honoring preorders. There are people who ordered well before me who still don't have their phones and yet someone can walk into an Apple store today and walk out with the same thing we have been waiting weeks for. Ugh.

Oh I agree, no store should have a single phone till ever preorder his shipped. They have our orderes and store sales just bump up the numbers. Not right at all imo.
 
I agree but wouldn't you be selling the phones in your store if you were Apple? I don't hear the carriers yelling. They seem to be real quiet about all of this. In the end Apple gets what they want and the carriers get what they want and both make a lot of money. You have to have the cell contract to use the phone so I would guess the carrier could care less where the phone comes from. Now if a bunch of people would cancel their orders because they were fed up with the system or wouldn't order the next time things might change but as long as people are ordering in the huge numbers during pre-order and are waiting in line to get it you'll go through this every year.
 
My phone is on the truck, but won't be delivered until the next business day. Thanks a lot Verizon...couldn't check the box for Saturday delivery?

Not when they can save $10-15 extra dollars per package, or charge you $30 to ship it Saturday. And if it 2day and shipped Friday chances it'll be Tuesday. Even worse huh
 
My tracking info updated overnight and my phone was shipped ground which means 2 day delivery, not overnight like was advertised and what I was told over the phone last week. Some people have had luck getting a credit for this, right? Trying to decide if it's worth my time to call and complain.
 
Yup.. Shipped 10/17 scheduled 10/21.. Hell atleast I'll get a few days before my ship day of 10/24. Thanks verizon! People they didn't forget you!! If anyone for them to forget its me!! And they didn't. Haha it will be here. Apple got us this time. I've lived and learned. Apple next order!! Either iPad Air 2 or just basic air?

Something is happening

I am in the 10/31 group and pre-ordered on 9-14, 6+, SG, 64 - ICONIC status is now S and it is over in the order history with today's date as the order date . . . Very happy with the whole process, they will have beat their promised date by nearly two weeks - maybe the floodgates are about to open...

Well sort of.. It's Not Ground but still Express and in VZW eyes that is overnight delivery. Keep faith there COULD be a slight slim chance you could get it Monday. Just depends how the local ramp and station does the sort and push Tuesday freight.

Maybe that is why Verizon did the change to the Edge when they did, so people like the ones on here using it would not be tempted to cancel their orders. Then there were also the people with various carriers wanting to get the trade-in deals. I think if it had not been for these things there would be a lot more cancellations.

"S" Status.... I think

Well guys.... I'm hoping the wait is almost over for me here.
Tracking the "regular" order status screen brings up an order number and blank tracking box. Iconic shows a wall o text with iconic status "S" at the very end.

Just noticed this morning but CC has not been charged.

6+ SG 64gb ordered on 9/14 if you're keeping score at home. Estimated shipping date 10/31 and delivery by 11/4.

You're right, of course. I don't like it though. This was my first time ordering and it will be my last. I have always been able to get my phone during opening weekend just by calling around until I found what I wanted.

I just spoke with verizon customer service about a question I had with my plan and the rep offered to upgrade me early if I ordered over the phone. I was about 1 month away from my upgrade date. So I went ahead and ordered a regular iPhone 6 space gray 64GB to upgrade my iPhone 5. He told me the estimated ship date is 11/14, but could be sooner. Hopefully it will come sooner since it's just the regular iPhone 6 and not the plus, which seems to be even harder to get.
 
My iconic page is full of crazy info, the whole page. Is that a good sign?

HELL YEAH. Iconic status S, and on verizon it show tracking but no number yet. FINALLY!!! I ordered 9-16 6+ 128gb SG
