It would be nice if they wrapped up 10/24 now so that they could initiate Project Hallow a few days early. It's hard to say without actually seeing the shipping manifest

Hi, I ordered mine Space Gray 128gb on 10-11 with expected ship date of 31st. Not so sure about that as a lot of people that ordered before me have the same ship date. Mine says still processing.

If anyone is curious, there are 2 FedEx planes flying into Memphis International from Shanghai and Hong Kong scheduled to arrive around 11:20 CST. Just putting that out there
Are these just Verizon iPhones flying over or is it iphones for all carriers?
When would our status change to "S", when they get sorted at a facility or when they leave China?
Right before it ships, so after it comes in from China and gets sorted by Verizon for people's orders I would assume.
it would be nice... The delay is kind of bitter sweet though... because I'm rough on phones. Hopefully now by the time I get my new phone they will have a defender or lifeproof out for it so I don't destroy it while I'm waiting.
I missed my delivery today and the automated system at fedex said it could not be held, but once I got a live rep (in whatever country he was in) I was able to get it held. I will have a new phone tomorrow!

I work graveyards so I'm always up watching this thread, as well as iconic, hoping for something to happen. The good thing is I know I'll be home for the delivery!

So much for early shipping. My Silver 64g 6 is scheduled for shipping on 10/24. No movement whatsoever. I was hoping for shipment a couple days early as I am off Thursday and Friday, not looking good so far. I think I have started refreshing the iconic status in my sleep...

My 64gb SG 6 is on the truck for delivery today! Project Hallow is in motion! (My order date was 9/27.)
Dumb question. I don't want to activate the phone until tomorrow afternoon when I get my case but I still want to play with it. I can set it up and use it on wifi for a day before calling to switch my line over, right? I just don't trust myself to bring a naked phone to work.

A tentative "hooray!" this morning. Just checked my iconic page and the expected ship date has gone blank, and the status is showing as 'S.'
Order Date: 22 Sep
Ship By Date: 24 Oct

Update: Received tracking numbers for both iPhone 6+ and 4G SIM? (same tracking number, but listed as two separate shipments). According to FedEx they estimated delivery date is today (21 Sep) by 8 PM.
Incidentally, I actually received the email from Verizon with the tracking info BEFORE it showed up in ICONIC? Plus, the tracking number worked as soon as I got the email from Verizon. I have been able to follow it via FedEx all the way from Memphis TN.
Timeline:
Ordered: 22 Sep, with Ship by 24 Oct
Notice from Verizon: Email 17 Oct indicating shipment is on schedule
Iconic Status change to "S": Overnight 20 Oct, Ship by updated to 20 Oct
Receive Tracking Number: 20 Oct

Is there a technical reason or would you just not want to use it for a few hours and then leave it at home for a day until you're ready to activate?
Still no change on either order, but my 6 is only three days away and 6+ only ten days away, so I guess I won't have to be impatient too much longer.
looks like you'd need an old inactive sim in the phone and connect to a computer with iTunes, otherwise when you go through the setup it will activate on its own

It looks like UPS has my case at their terminal as of 2 hours ago but it won't deliver until tomorrow. And of course, it appears to have been sent UPS Sure Post so it will get handed off to USPS for final delivery to my house on Thursday. I'll probably try and pick it up at the terminal after work.
