Hey everyone!

I've been following all of the excitement for a while and finally decided to join in. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus in Space Grey ;) on September 22nd.... still no movement or notifications. My ship date has been stuck on November 7th from the beginning. From other posts, I have been seeing other saying theirs is to ship by the 31st. I hope this is true for mine-the wait is killer!!!

128GB 6 Plus

Ordered 2 iPhone 6 Plus both 128GB (1 SG / 1 Silver) on 9/28 with an expected delivery date of 10/31.

CC has not yet been charged.

Just checked the VZW website and both phones are on backorder until 11/7 now.

I really hope my 10/31 is still a go.

I sold my iPhone 5 on ebay and have been using this pos Droid X2 for the past month and can't wait to have an iPhone again!

Ship dates on the website are for new orders. Your dates should meet, especially with weeks to adjust estimates. There is obviously some sort of formula Verizon and apple use to determine dates. I wouldn't worry.

I hit a month this Friday, but it seems MUCH longer since I went to Verizon on 9/12 and was talked out of reordering by a CSR who convinced me I could easily buy one the next Friday (9/19). On 9/19 I was the 10th person in line at Verizon and managed to get my wife a 16GB SG 6, but there were no more 6+s at all. I was advised that ordering one would take at least a month, but I might be able to pick one up "when they got some in." I checked every day and was told the same thing every day - "Sorry, still no 6+s."

I finally ordered a 64GB SG 6+ on 9/26 with a scheduled ship date of 11/7. I enjoyed reading the shared misery of everyone else waiting for their phones, so I felt it was time to formally join the other wallflowers.

I was in the 10/31 shipping group - 6 Plus 128G Gold. I went to the Indy Apple Store yesterday a few minutes before they opened and was one of the first people in the store.

They had one Verizon 6 Plus 128G Gold and one 6 Plus 128G Silver. I cancelled my preorder (Edge eligibility was reset before I hung up with VZW) and cut two weeks off the agonizing wait for my 6 Plus.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you get for your 5? Im doing the rebate program but for a 4s att (old work phone) was thinking about throwing my current 5 on ebay, just curious.

If anyone is curious, there are 2 FedEx planes flying into Memphis International from Shanghai and Hong Kong scheduled to arrive around 11:20 CST. Just putting that out there ;)

It was a 16GB Silver 5. Pristine condition. Cosmetically, the thing was brand new.

The buyer paid $310 for it, I provided free shipping.

After all the ebay fee's and bs, I got $255 for it.

thats not bad, i have the same thing. its actually a replacement i received 2 months ago, same shape

How do you guys know what planes are in fact actually carrying iPhones?

We don't. But we know for sure phones have been routed through anchorage and they ship direct as well on 777s. More planes fly later in the week and it correlates with more status updates. We do know they ship fedex and they fly Into Memphis. I believe some are then sent to places like PA to be processed and distributed as well.

I don't, but thats the route that the phones typically take. I'm just assuming that at least one of them has a box or two of phones on it

Well put, my friend

6+ 64gb Silver - 9/16 order just changed to "completed" sometime between 5-11pm tonight. This was a vzw business order. I think I saw another post about a 64 silver that shipped as well. So things are moving along.
Don't have tracking yet but probably will by morning.

In a perfect world, itd be more like an entire plane full of iPhones. Then we'd all be happy #

In a perfect world, I wouldn't be sitting in front of my computer tracking a plane from China and refreshing a status page that no one but the people on this forum understand. But here we are. Hopefully my beautiful 6+ will be worth it

Touché. It appears it's totally worth it. So we shall see. Sucks going into my Apple Store yesterday seeing people the 6 or 6+, don't know since the boxes don't show what they are anymore. But had it not been so insanely packed I would've attempted to buy ours. Not worth the hassle to me though over the weekend.

Both flights that departed earlier today have just landed, and there is a third on the way. Gentlemen: Start your engines
