confirmation number
to check iconic status, what confirmation number do we use? I've only received a 10 digit internet order number. I ordered the 6 64gb SG on 10/7 expected date 11/7. the order doesn't show up in myverizon. I called verizon, the CSR said that even though its not showing in myverizon it is in the system and I won't have anything else until it is actually shipped. is it normal not to have received a confirmation number at this point?

So im wondering if this happened to anyone else I am chatting with a verizon web csr and asked him to check on my order and to my surprise he said it shipped and is supposed to arrive november 4th but whats weird is my iconic hasnt changed at all yet so im going to call CS to verify this hopefully its true! just a bummer its taking so long to ship i though verizion had 2 day shipping... still happy though

you need to call back and ask for the backorder confirmation number that is the 16 digit number that goes into iconic

Just finally got an S in iconic, no ship date or tracking, but at least it's moving. And as others have said, there is no mistaking the wall of text

I didn't get the "wall of text," but I've got an "S" iconic status, my card has been charged, and I now have a blank tracking number field on my regular order status page.

Interesting thing happened to me today. I went to my local Verizon store to activate my phones and port my numbers from my ntelos account. After the process was finished, and the numbers were ported, the rep went to the back and came back with some interesting and surprising news. "Since you ported 4 lines from Ntelos, and we had to wait until today to do it in the store, we're crediting your account for $600 in two billing cycles": I was shocked, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up until I actually see that credit on my account

Pre-Ordered One 64G+ sliver and One 64G+ SG on 09/17 1 AM.
Iconic status is still C. Single order number.
I think the 64g+ silver is what's holding your order up. I've seen very little movement on the spreadsheet for them. I've been monitoring that specific device because that's what I ordered.
I just checked my credit card account and it's been charged! I assume that means it's shipped?

I don't have a confirmation number so I can't check the status on my order but I ordered a 64GB Silver on 9/24 so I'm guessing it won't be coming on 10/31 like promised. This is really aggravating that they don't deliver when they promise.
Oops. I meant 9/27. I'm a little disoriented and in shock that my phone is on it's way FINALLY.

i thought verizon promised the overnight shipping?? im getting 2 day shipping receiving it on wednesday.. is this a mistake? will my phone come earlier?
Same thing happened to me. I called and they said you have to actually specify you want overnight shipping. If you don't it automatically defaults to 2 day shipping. They said the only way to change it was to cancel the order and place a new one.
