Had to make my first post on the coveted Page 300. I for one will be buying a 13" rMBP today, update or not, been putting it off far too long.

Unfortunately, I'm thinking the only Mac to receive an update will be the rMB. There's a thread on Reddit where an Apple Store employee was looking for stock of the rMB, and it was listed as "discontinued" in their backend all of a sudden, with no current-gen units within 250mi of his store (in warehouses or other stores). That's generally what one would want to see right before a refresh. Probably no leaks because I expect it's the same chassis with refreshed CPUs in it.

While very much a "first world" problem, it kills me that we'll probably be waiting 3 more months to WWDC for an update to the rMBP. I'd even take a silent/press release-style update at this point. All of Apple's competition are shipping Skylake machines, sucks to see Apple being last in line to update, especially given the state of the 15" model.

I'm actually curious about in the rumored nylon watch bands. And I don't even hava an :apple:Watch. Anyway this is an Apple event day. It's like Christmas day on my calendar. I'm so happy that even if no MacBooks are announced today I would not feel sad about it.
 
In on the legendary 300.

Here's hoping for xmas in March and Santa armed with new Mac laptops.

So today I'm expecting a crapper iPhone, a crapper iPad pro and a rubber band for the watch...anything else?

If Apple presents a f**** iPhone, an iPad and Watchbands, im not happy...
iPhone Ok... Let them do this today. But iPad and Bands? lol... this can be a silent Update...

I just went to apple.com and there clicked on the announcement of the event. it took me to a page advertising the live stream and gave me the option to add the event to my calender, which I did. It really IS 2 hours long event. There MUST be more than what has been announced.

2015 spring forward event was also shown to be 2hrs long according to the calendar event, but in reality it was only 1.5hrs. With that being said, it's entirely possible that this years event could go for 2hrs
 
I wont be able to watch the event anyway so for the ppl who will watch the event plz update us here whats the latest updates
