Ugh. By then Haswell will only be 6 months away. Decisions...

True, Also noted by the analyst Kuo is that the 13" wont have a discrete graphics card. I'm wondering how it's going to handle a retina display with just a Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics.....

weight wise, assuming its following 15 inch new desgin as well, it should roughly be 3.58 pounds (1.62 kg) through calculation. thats awfully close to the mba weight.

I'd wait to see reviews for th 13". As it stands now the lag on the 15" in unacceptable to me. If the 13" has similar problems then I will most certainly wait for haswell. If it performs well then I don't see a reason to wait.

No doubt a 13" retina will stepping on the MBA toes. They're already pretty close. The lack of optical drive and form factor would further push them closer. Apple is going to have a pretty cluttered 13" line up.

The old 13" with HD3000 can power two thunderbolt displays for a total of ~7.3 Million pixels. A 13 inch Retina display would be ~4 Million pixels, easily handled by the improved HD4000.
