****, I just got off the phone with AT&T, Apple, And Fedex. I ordered from AT&T at aprox. 4:45AM, June 15th. My Tracking number from AT&T does NOT work online and when I called Fedex to see wtf was up, they informed me that AT&T had yet to ship the phone from its origin, the only scan they had done was the printing of the label, and they also said they would KNOW if it was scanned by any part of Fedex's systems. I assumed the rep was misinformed and called again. I talked to three more reps folks. I was told the same thing by all of them, a shipping label had been printed and thats all the interaction they had had with my package. So i asked "Can you see if any packages are being shipped to my house at all if I give you my address?" She says "Sure!" I give it to her. Sure enough there is not a single tracking number in fedex's system heading to my house tomorrow or any other day. I was pissed. I called AT&T and they said, in a long and polite way, "Tough ****." So they forwarded me to Apple. Apple said in a much more polite way, "Tough ****." I am confused as to why I gave my money to these incompetent fools. When the hell is my iPhone coming? I demand an answer! I am a new customer and I should not be treated this way, bad customer service to the max.
tl;dr iPhone does not apear to be coming.
