It's also worth noting that to even become a developer you are required to have a business license, and depending on your state, have the insurance that goes along with owning a business. There are a lot of devs out there that pay out the ass for such.
And, because that's the case, there are very few (intelligent and trustworthy) devs that would be stupid enough to violate not only the ToS Apple has in place, but also the fact that beta releases are privileged information, and are considered "secret." Not only will Apple instantly terminate any dev found doing this, but they also have legal grounds to sue that developer for leaking confidential information and software.
Completely untrue. I signed up for the developer program without any of this. I really wish people would stop posting this kind of stuff. If you don't know what you are talking about them you should not be posting about it.
