I still have my 6 as a backup phone and last night I let the battery drain completely on my 6s. I popped out the SIM and put it in my 6. I know Touch ID is faster on the 6s, but it's not inconvenient to wait an extra second for the phone to unlock. I have been using 3D Touch more and more on my 6s, but when using my 6, I didn't really miss it all that much. You can certainly tell the speed difference between the two, but again it's not a game changing difference for me.

All in all, had I not done the IUP, I would still be content with my 6 since it still does everything I need it to do.

Ok, I had a 6s Plus for a week before corporate told me it wasn't approved. Long story...got it be company procured and they don't allow Plus models. Boohooo.

Anyway. The speed on the 6a plus was amazingly faster than my 5s. Now going back to the 5s it feels slow and sluggish. I can get a company issued 6 now or wait for the 7 to be released and get a company provided 6s. I know the obvious differences, but is the RAM/ speed that different in a 6 and 6s? Meaning will I be settling on the 6 speed? That 6s plus was something super fast.

I will admit that one of the big perks for me in the 6s is the 2GB of RAM. When using Safari on my phone, I no longer hav to wait for all of the tabs to reload since they're all there on my 6s. On my 6, you have to wait for the page to reload (again, not a deal breaker). The 6 would probably be a bit faster than your current 5s. So if you're able to get your hands on a 6 that your company has lying around, go for it.

Sadly, it would be a 2 year contract for the 6 if i "upgrade" today. I keep thinking wait it out for the 6s.

Holy too many posts from a sluggish 5s, Batman! If that ain't bad timing for the 5s, I don't know what is.
