Like I said..I'm patient. another 6-7 weeks really won't make any difference to me. I will still have plenty of time to enjoy.

I sincerely hope it's quicker than that. Drafts have pulled their watch app from the store as their update is dependent on v2. App still installed on the watch won't now open...

That's been there since the beginning - it was one of the new features of the iPhone 6 and 6 plus. You can film 1080 at 60fps and 720p at 240fps.

iMovie was updated though so you can now export projects at 60fps to maintain the framerate of your footage.
 
if it is being released today probably wont happen till 10:00 AM PST at the earliest.

mine still shows 1.0.1 is up to date and never got a failed message.

I was so bummed to hear we weren't getting watchOS2.... I really, really, really wanted it for apple pay now that discover is finally on board! I did make a special trip to the store this morning just to do apple pay for my first time ever but had to use the phone....

were it not for the 10% cash back... I wouldn't bother with it til it's on the watch cuz it's not anymore convenient... I have to get either my card or my phone out of my purse... whereas with the watch it's just easy peasy! (I use it all the time at starbucks!)

I also really want the new colors we can change our watch faces to....

hope it comes out SOON!
 
Another thread someone spoke to apple and said it would be available today. I'm not so sure the Intel is good butbim hopeful

ya..... I never trust those comments... if they are asking someone at a store on the phone.. then those people don't know anymore then we here at the forum know... and a LOT of times they know even less!

we're a very informed bunch, here!

The watchOS GM has been pretty solid for me. I can only wonder what the "critical bug" was. Either way here is hoping you all get 2.0 today :)
