Seems like they charged/fund checked many of us on the 22nd who got our orders in the first 3 minutes on the 10th. My wife got charged on Monday and her charge is still showing as a temp charge also. Hers is on the truck to be delivered today. Really cant tell what that was Wednesday evening to be honest.
Your wife's is a SS w/ Link? If so, that's the first report of one actually being delivered today, as far as I can find...

Ha, that makes two of us. In all truth the damn SS link band is what's holding everything up. I guess the 12 year old Chinese kids can't make them any faster...#
What I found interesting, as watching the video, was that he was located in California (based on watching the video and comments) and that he was looking at the watch at midnight, April 24 (today). So somehow he got his yesterday, and did his review video late last night.
That's what a lot of us did: ordered the SS with a sport band (cheapest option), and ordered the Link Bracelet separately. $50 for the sport band is more than twine or duct tape, but it got us delivery today...

Apple invited him to both introductions, he's a well known watch blogger, so I'm sure they gave him a review unit - I know a few bloggers received review units yesterday (Dalrymple, Ritchie)

Well at least this is proof that at least one more exists, although its a little frustrating when they hand these out to celebrities when they don't even have one for launch day delivery.
I was worried there may be production issues. That pic doesn't mean there aren't any issues but I feel better that at least it has been seen and purchased.
Sooooo, I've been a bit bummed as I think this is the first time since the first iPhone I haven't been able to finagle a product on release day. Besides all the ways that Apple completely pooched this product release, it's going to be worth the wait. Every time I see the stainless watch and that link bracelet (sorry dark fans, I went traditional silver) I almost get the shivers. That thing is stunning!
