Give your link band a try, both running and at the gym. If it fits properly, it shouldn't be a problem. I have worn link bands for many years for all of my sports activities, including running long distances. That's actually one reason I ordered the LB, for athletics. I didn't want to have to change bands.

I've seen numerous reports from folks saying their CC was charged and status went to preparing for shipment to shipped all in the same day with delivery the following day. Of course, the big question is will we see this happen at the front end of our delivery window or later? After everything we've seen so far, I won't even make a guess on that.
Same here, there must be some maintenance going on, with hopefully more information on our delivery status.

Shows different message after refresh (check my updated post above) "Our Order Status services are extremely busy". It's 3AM here website is not supposed to have high traffic at that time. They are most likely working on the orders hehe

Feeling a bit cynical today now that it's been a full month since I preordered my 42mm SS Watch w/Link Band. I can't recall the last time I waited almost a month for something to be shipped from a U.S. company. Now I'm beginning to wonder if my Watch style with link band will begin to show up in the boutique shops that Apple contracted with to sell watches before I get mine. The boutique shop placements I solely attribute to Angela Ahrendts. I'll be ultra ticked if they begin to go on sale there before mine ships (May 13-27).
So we are now 3 days from the opening of our ship window. It remains to be seen if Apple has to push out our ship date.....or if they can truly ship all the Watches with Link Band preorders in that 2 week shipping window. I have to admit, I'm starting to have my doubts if Apple can conquer this supply chain issue. I'm remaining cautiously optimistic. I'd still like to see ONE shipment of this Apple Watch + Link Band before May 13th hits. It would make me feel a bit better.... but not much.

Yeah I'll feel much better when I start seeing you guys with the early orders get status changes. At least it'll show they're getting a handle on the distribution side. I ordered mine on 4/18 so I should be seeing movement about a week after you guys do.
I think the fact that we're seeing the sport SG watches at :12 rolling to PFS is a good sign that they're catching up and can allocate more resources to the less popular models such as the LL and our link watches.
Someone said most orders were placed in the first hour. I'd suggest if that's true, the vast majority of those would be in the first 15 minutes.
Really hoping for the sake of all of us with June and July dates this is the case and the first wave is fulfilled at the start of their shipping window.

You don't find that offensive, considering how long some of us have been waiting to suggest that someone cancel their order (a couple days before the start of the shipping window) to gamble on the boutique stores getting these before the preorders?
Me, I've been watching the Maxfield's thread and haven't seen anyone say that they have the watches with link bands yet. Or did I miss something??

Within the last 12 hours 8 planes have landed in Louisville. Thats the biggest number probably since right before launch. Looking good folks!
