It used to say "Processing Order". I am starting to believe that these watches are actually real.
This means your watch will ship in the next 24-48 hours. Expect it 48-72 hours after that.
I sure hope so! I have also been charged and PFS. So glad that we're finally seeing something!
The "not eligible to return" next to the "why?" text means you are good to go.
Mine is the same right now. Next step. Shipment.
You get the e-mail when the status changes to "Shipped".

I had a friend who had a milanese loop one. His order seemed to have got stuck or something. He was a 12:06 order. Lots of people who had confirmations after him got theirs before him. It really made no sense. He got his 4 business days later than most of the people around his time and 2-4 business days for the people after him.
I'm glad your watches are getting closer to shipping.
Some of you will be thrilled to know that UPS either lost (or someone stole) my spouse's link bracelet order and Apple will have to send me another, though when it arrives will be anyone's guess.
If you're lucky, you'll get your watch before I get my band.
Though, my band will be outside the shipping window due to the ordeal of the past 4 days (it was due to be delivered Friday) and yours should indeed be in your shipping window.
In all honesty, I do hope you get them really soon. I know how long you've all been waiting.
I just know how much it stuck in the craws of some of you that link bracelets shipped earlier so I felt like it would only be sporting of me to allow those of you who felt you should've gotten your shipment that was due AFTER mine BEFORE mine because...

Part of me is hoping it works out like my friend with his milanese loop. Around the morning afternoon he got the "preparing for shipping," later that day he got the "shipping," and he had his watch on the last UPS truck the next day. But he also got his watch delivered to him a few days into the delivery window so maybe that is why his worked that way.
