Not even close, I'm an xx:31 order and in still in processing limbo, they seem to have only churned out the first 15 minutes of orders.
My order updated this afternoon and shipped out. I'll have it tomorrow!

38mm, order confirmation 12:05, changed today to "shipped" but still not showing with UPS. Should arrive tomorrow or the next day, I assume.

2) May 11 ~ 8:35pm my AMEX instantly reported expected full charge $1094 w/tax
3) May 11 ~ 10:00pm Apple Store order status went to "Preparing for Shipment" (went to bed about midnight, expecting to wake up to "Shipped" notice and perhaps a May 12 delivery)
4) May 12 ~11:00am Apple "Shipment Notification" with delivery May 13
5) May 12 ~4:00pm UPS My Choice" notification of "Order Processed, Ready for UPS" delivery May 13 between 10am-2pm
I am READY.
I'm likely to buy the next version; hope launch is executed better by Apple & the Link band fits

Apple said that they were making every effort to deliver watches in the order in which they were ordered. I don't recall them saying anything about prioritizing by country. From a supply chain point of view it makes sense (Minimizing flights and flight miles by sending full planes to the minimum number of destinations), but definitely is no fun if you are not in the top priority country.
Hang in there. It should be worth the wait.

I believe they all ship with signature required.

A signature IS REQUIRED. You can go onto the UPS site and pre-sign for the delivery if you are comfortable with it being left on your doorstep. Don't let anybody with a longer confirmation time know where you live however.
(Just kidding)You can also arrange to pick it up in the morning from the UPS center.

I've used the presign option lots of times. Otherwise, sign up for UPS MyChoice. You can choose to hold it at a ups location, deliver it to a neighbor, or leave specifics about where to leave it at your house, and all for free!

Turns out I didn't need the extra band after all.
Did I order an additional band for a link or two? Yes. Return it or sell it? Already sold it to my only friend who bought an Apple Watch. How big is it? It's an additional 56 to 57mm depending on how close the links are to each other. Is the watch upside down? No, I wear my watch on the 'right' wrist.

My SS LB order had an estimation date of 12th May up until recently, it has been changed to 14th May now. (It's the 13th today in Australia)....
I believe I saw an 18 which is where mine is at also for 38mm but no movement on mine either
but we could see a change tonight as apparently more planes are coming in
It appeared to only be the US shipments that were coming in. Canada was rumoured, but there was only one 42mm from Montreal that materialized...
Yes, mine moved from PFS to Shipped in the past 24 hours.
