quick question to the beta testing users here:

I have seen pictures of the weather condition complication showing the condition and the actual temperature as well (in one complication)

also, in the siri watch face, the date complication shows the month as well

can anyone confirm this?
have there been other „updates“ made to existing complications?

thank you
I use the Carrot weather complication. It does show the temperature and the weather condition in one complication.

Me too, Carrot weather. The app has numerous options for the small and large complications.

A couple of things I have noticed with this new beta:
- the activity rings don't seem to be updating on the modular face. Other faces are ok but not the modular ones
- battery doesn't seem to be as good as previous betas. My normal wearing of the watch is I charge it to 100% before I go to bed. Wear it all night and then go workout for a couple of hours in the morning. Previously, the watch would be no worse that 77% - most of the time around the low 80's. After the new beta I have noticed it closer to the low 60's. It does charge fast but seems to drain faster too.

Those are the only things I have noticed, everything else works as expected. I haven't had a chance to use walkie talkie but that will be interesting when it goes live.

Beta 2 items that haven't happened in Beta 3:
- The watch did notice when it looked like I started an exercise - mainly asked if I started a walk but it noticed so that was fine *** it hasn't done this yet.
- The watch noticed I started an exercise when I was on the elliptical BUT I had already started the activity. I would think it would know that but I had to dismiss it and the original activity was not interrupted.

Thanks for this! Do you feel like beta 3 is good enough to use as a daily driver now? Tempted to update and don't mind minor bugs as long as the watch works well overall.

I use mine as a daily driver and I have no issues with daily items - reminders, time, weather... the issues I mentioned are the only ones I have really encountered.

odd. my contact names won't display on the watch.

Resync in General / reset / resync contact data

Believe you have to actually go into settings and turn it off. Just toggling the icon in control center seems to not fully turn wi-fi off.

Turn it off in settings on the watch.

The app all together is not on the watch :-/

No, but is it listed in the Apps on your phone ?

The reset sync didn’t work for me, neither did resetting and repairing the entire watch. When I click reset sync it actually does nothing at all.

This did not work for me. Actually it created another problem where it puts the watch in nightstand mode when it’s on my wrist lmao.
Same exact problems here!

I have two watches, one on watchOS4 and one on watchOS5, both don't show contact names in iMessage after installing the latest iOS beta. Might be an iOS issue?

Just looked at my watch and all my contacts are synced up again in messages on my watch. Weird I tell ya!!
I was going to post something about this also, but moving had me a bit "busy". All of the sudden I noticed my contacts back on my watch. So I'm not sure if the "Reset" setting that someone posted about earlier just finally took or what the trigger was. Anywho, there are my contacts again.

The release notes state that contacts might not "immediately sync", which does suggest they will eventually sync, it just might take a while (although the next radar they list says that all contacts might disappear too, but will remain on the paired iPhone).

Battery life on my S1 is HORRIBLE. Used to last until 9-10pm, still with 45% battery. It’s. 6:06pm, and I’m at 33% already.
