I’m sorry if this has already been asked but when is the public release of 5.1 expected to be available?

If it keeps on track with the x.1 release schedules from the past couple of years, then it'll be about another week, give or take. This would also land it in between the pre-order date and release date for the iPhone XR, which makes sense, as I'd imagine they'd want to ship the iPhone XR with iOS 12.1.

But of course this is all just guessing. No one here knows for sure. The only people who have that info are at Cupertino.

Has anyone noticed improved connectivity and performance in walkie-talkie in 5.1? Thank you.

Not sure if I missed this or not. Beta 2 and receiving a text. If you review on the watch and try to dismiss, it seems as though the dismiss button doesn’t work and what auto reply is behind it will be sent.

I tried scrolling to the bottom with no auto reply behind it and the dismiss does nothing.
I had this unfortunate experience with a new date:

Her: Gah. In bed.
Me: Thank you!
Her: Wa?

I've had zero issues but have not found any new features worthy of going Beta.
No problems here either and the battery seems better. Closer to my series 3.

Every since OS5 and Series 4, the battery when wearing while sleeping is the biggest and quickest difference to monitor. Normally, my older AW would be around 93/95% after 8 hours of sleep. The series 4 was never better than 90-91% even after 7 hours. Today I woke to 94% after 8 hours.

Small sample, but after a workout, the series 4 would be mid 60’s by this time each day. Right now I am at 75%.

Again, small sample but something slightly better.

I just noticed that you can't "love" songs on the watch anymore, only add or delete from library. Is this addressed in 5.1?

I seem to recall watch OS4 allowed users to change the vibration strength (not just the prominent option that exists now) for notifications. It was removed with watchOS5. Any signs of it coming back?

Has anyone had crazy calorie counts and had their move ring super high and upgraded to 5.1 and had it fixed?

How come the first page of this thread doesn’t show what’s new in 5.1 like the previous thread use too?
