watchOS 6 > What features are you most excited about?

Last few days I get no notifications on watchOS 6 at all. Updated to the beta 5 today, still not notifications coming through on watch. Did a hard reboot of Apple Watch, still no.

Other suggestions?
 
Anyone get watchOS 6 beta 5 to enable ecg?

im in Canada and prior to watchOS 6.0 didn’t enable ecg. Yesterday I installed iOS 13 beta 5 and iOS said it was installing ecg to the watch. Which it didn’t. Today I installed watchOS 6 beta 5 and still no ecg app on the watch.

anyone have an idea why the ecg app isn’t installing on the watch?

Am in the same boat, cannot find Install App button anywhere. :(

Well, installed the new beta and Apple Pay is working again.

Exact same thing happened last year. Around the late Beta’s it started working.

Nothing strange about my config, no apps installed apart from default.

OS5 - Apple Pay works
OS6 Beta 3 - Apple Pay stops working. Either see watch app or Apple is updating cards message. Reboot, same issue.
Beta 4 - same
Beta 5 - working again

Nothing has changed. I did nothing and it worked again once updated. I reported as a bug a few days ago.

It’s a beta and obviously a bug.
 
Truthfully this beta is already kind of a mess for me due to a few things, but Oh well, it’s a beta.

Anyone else having an abnormal amount of flights of stairs registered? I've been getting around 40 to as much as 60 flights a day and I know I've climbed nowhere near that.
 
Can’t even get the beta 5 to download. It has given me the dreaded “paused”, “waiting for WiFi” message....even though I’m on WiFi.
 
Interface wise, battery wise how is the watchOS 6 compared to 5? Also, the workout/fitness integrated apps are they more accurate, etc? thanks

Interface wise, better. Battery, I won’t comment, as beta has extra processes running composters to finish version, which impacts on battery.

I have been on this screen the last 7 hours and the update is not installing.... any ideas?

Same here. No notifications on my apple watch 4 with watchOS 6 beta 5. Only the activities notifications are working.

Useless watch

I find that for some reason that it sometimes takes a few days after I install a Watch OS beta for the notifications to start working. Can't tell you why. Hopefully it will just start working.

No question that it's a bug. I was just curious about the scope. Sometimes the most interesting bugs are the ones that don't affect everybody, and I haven't seen your ApplePay bug widely reported.

I'm glad they fixed it for you.
 
Ok guys I’m reading through and getting mixed reviews which is what I like my question pls is I wear my watch all day sometime to tex from I know this is a beta and can expect bugs but in general is os6 at moment ok to use I charge my s4 every night at moment

If you’re this worried about it, I advise you don’t update to watchOS 6.

You’re mileage may vary, this is a beta for a reason... unexpected things might happen. And if something does happen, you’ll have to wait at least 3 days in order to get you’re AW back.

1. you dont have to unpair the watch to get ECG working. You go into the health app and that activate it in there. if that doesnt work, i have seen other comments saying to search it in the store.

2. the battery drain on this beta is terrible. I installed it last night and huge change from beta 4

ECG app works.
 
Can anyone use SIRI to send a txt message in latest beta?
I keep getting who do you want to send it to? Even though they are in my contacts.
