It's about time but I don't sleep with my Apple Watch Ultra strapped onto my wrist.

How do people go to sleep with their Apple Watch on? I need mine to be charged every night.
Myself, I have reduced my notifications to my S4 Watch which results in about 60% charge remaining by the end of day. Then I am fortunate that I have to bathe my young kids at night so I just put it on charge to keep it out of the hot water, 60-90 mins and it is fully charged. Then pop it on before sleep and wake to the alarm (glad this update is coming as I have silenced it accidentally more than a few times) and at best I have used 7% watch battery.
Most people don’t manage their watches and iPhones to suit their needs, so the daily drain would limit the ability for short charges to get you by.

I noticed that they also changed sleep mode so it doesn’t turn off the screen? Anyone has the same?

edit: I did force restart and its working again as before 😀.
