Weird Banner At Top of Forums

ok, when I'm on my iPhone and accessing the forums here, why am I getting the red banner at the top? See pic below...

Probably an avatar that is repeating up there for some reason. Someone got corrupted? Can you clear cache?

The top of the site looks like this for me now when browsing using my iPhone:

Edit: a refresh fixed it.
