I try to exercise every 2-3 days, and even then some times I give it longer due to soreness.

If you have any pain in your joints or back or neck, give it a rest for a bit. Those are not areas to mess around with.

Actually, I think I will stop for a few days. it's really reaked havoc on my knees lately. :eek:

Don't know your situation or how much it would cost you to see a General Prac. but I would suggest going to see one. Get your body weight assessed as well as the cause of your pain. Could be a number of things and at such a young age you shouldn't have that much pain IMO.

I have insurance, and get checked up regularly for these issues. They don't know what's wrong. I don't think that there is anything wrong, because I feel generally fine.
