how do you do attatchments?

I don't know why the App Store is getting lackluster reviews!!! I'm just browsing thru the letters and there are so many useful/interesting Apps that aren't getting mentioned. Ya, the games are fun but hopefully other apps will start getting attention too.
My favorites so far:
Dictionary
English-____ Translation dictionaries
Whagaa Exercise apps
Flashcard app
The flashlight app turns iPhone into a flashlight sounds very neat!

THERES A GUITAR APP!!!! Chromatic Tuner and list of chords!!! VERY cool!

iAstronimica looks like a GREAT date application. Take your sweetie out and use this app to identify different stars/systems, etc

Remote, Facebook, iPint, Saberphone, reQuall, shazam, weatherbug & YPmobile so far hoping to get band as well because I'm a huge music fan i'm pick it once i get the 3G!

I have:

Aim- for chat (use to have bee jive)
Remote- cause we are all lazy?
Facebook- cause is awesome and has a red circle
Live Stats and Live Score (web)- for fantasy sports and tracking games
Aol Radio- for free music
MySpace- bout to erase this one has no chat...
Food Network (web)- When I feel like cooking...which is never
Fandango(web)- For movie times
Yellowpages (web)- for numbers
ESPN (web)- for podcast love PTI around the horn daily dish and max k

I just downloaded the free ones for now because i am waiting for the firmware 2.0 to be released and then i will start downloading some with low prices.

Bought:

Monkeyball, Bejeweled2, and Enigmo

Checking out:

Bloomberg (very cool), EBay, WeatherBug, Whrrl and PayPal.

Here are my Apps, there is no eBay or Google Mobile for us in the UK yet.
How did you download them? No matter what I pick it says my account is only valid for purchases on the UK store. Is there a way to switch stores? I have logged in with my iTunes account with is UK registered.

Matt

I picked up:

+ Sketches
+ Movies.app
+ BoxOffice
+ MPG
+ AOL Radio
+ Pandora
+ Where
+ Remote (Apple)
+ FlashLight

These apps are extremely great. Movies.app has unfortunately lost some of its intuitiveness compared to the web, and doesn't use the location services as it should (but, it has great items like its boxoffice listings with descriptions and thumbnails). BoxOffice may just knock it off my Springboard, as it uses location services to find movies near you AND has a tomato meter. MPG has become prettier than its jailbreak (free) counterpart, but its also lost the ability (apparently) to change the timestamp of your gas mileage entries... which makes it another dissappointment (with some kudos).

Pandora and AOL Radio are simply AWESOME.

Apple's "Remote" app is simply awesome, I can't wait to use it with my Apple TV. Sketches has gotten almost PAINFULLY GOOD, and is well worth the $5.99 price tag. It's really an amazing application. I like its corkboard document viewe, multiple undo, and insane "snapshot" features. It's going to really scream on a 3G.

Where is so much app, I don't know where to begin.

There are some TALENTED programmers out there, and its all looking like a mega-buffet for iPhone/iPodTouch owners! Congrats all around.

It was nice to see Jeff Grossman and Erica Sadun's names in the list of available apps. Very gratifying. Here's hoping to see more independents out there.

First go into Safari Prefs and uncheck "Open "safe" files after downloading" under the General Tab.

Next Download. (From: https://www.macrumors.com/2008/07/10/...ailable-early/)

Next right click downloaded folder and go to "get info" - Or - Just rename the folder by deleting the ".zip" from the name. So that it's an .ispw.

Next go in iTunes. You want to click Restore while holding the "option/alt" key.
And click the folder you downloaded and changed the name.

That should do it! That's all I did.

Update from before. I'm ready with all these applications, and a few games. Total cost $48.84

Yes I spent a lot of money already.

Now the sad part is I have a iPod touch which means I still have 1.1.4 so my apps have nowhere to go.
