I only downloaded a few, since I'm just a teen, so paypal, ebay mobile, these kinds of apps dont appeal to me. But heres what I have. I'm hoping to download/buy more as they are released. The bottom one is WordPress.

Because of Mac Rumors pressure, I bought Super Monkey ball, lol.

Loads of fun!

I am really surprised by the quality of the graphics + sound in the game. It looks better than some DS games. I won't be throwing out my DS, but this is a really cool game! After the 1st level, I got used to the controls. Very fun!

Anyone download AIM APP???? is it better than BEE JIVE???

Yeah i downloaded, i had used beejive ever since i got my touch
But i like the AIM app interface, a lot of people hate it but i think it works if ur using an aim account

Yea, hope those developers (all of them) in general implement landscape mode. Its easier to type that way, and its easier to hold. Portrait is like using the BlackBerry Pearl, it works but cramped. But don't let that hinder you from using it, its free after all and updates will be coming. I can see a long path for this mobile platform. The fun is just beginning. :)

Monkey Game...

I ordered my iphone today and am making a list of what to download the first hour...UPDATE::went to the apple store and they had a ton of iphones, so I went ahead and picked one up...downloaded facebook and nytimes...im going to run the gambit, but the apple guy showed me two cool ones...the beer one (simulated drinking of a beer) and the light saber...those two are a must...happy iphoning....i know me and coors light will be up all night figururing this little booger out...

I downloaded a virus that killed Safari from a special interest site similar to this one. Darn virus writers!

I have been here at Macrumors under several different alts over the past 8 years and never had a problem.

After my unfortunate Safari episode, I have kept internet surfing to news, this site mostly, and email.

When I first heard about viruses attacking OSX or mac apps, I was skeptical, but due to the large visibility of Apple, especially due to iPhones and iPods, it was bound to happen for many new viruses to eventually target the mac itself. I was never under the impression that my mac was totally impenetrable to what has plagued the PC side for so many years. I guess it's one way of knowing that Apple has arrived on the scene big enough to warrant virus attacks.

One of my friends had his OSX buttons modified by a virus to say evangelical messages. Apple - Shutdown - Are You Sure You Don't Want To Accept Jesus Now? :)

I used to play Bejewel a lot on Razr. How do you like the game on the iPhone?

Thanks

Reference Apps vs. Reference Apps

Hope this thread is ok for my question. :(

How do you think (in terms of popularity) reference apps rate vs. game/entertainment apps? Which app has the larger user community? Game apps hands down?

I'd say most of the apps are games. games are more popular. Plus there are some really nice games that I haven't played since I first know computer (back in the days with those bad graphics 2d games). I can play them now on my iphone with better graphics.

For some reason, when I click update all to update all the apps, it didn't do it correctly and none of the apps get updated. Anyone experienced this?
