What Apps have you downloaded????

How do you guys who have 20 apps deal with the backup time?? Its painfully long to backup it drives me nuts!
 
Yeah... I got to excited... I downloaded 79 apps so far...

On my phone I have:

iNeedStuff (shopping, location aware with a learning algo)
Things (GTD methodology todo list, well done interface)
Pandora (Best app ever for music)
Aurora Feint (Cool game...haven't played it much but it's quick and fun)
TapTap (keeps the kids busy)
Shazam (phone listens to music then tells you what song it is...works well)
Enigmo (everyone knows what this is)
PhoneSaber (nice gag)

As of seven days ago exactly, I have precisely 100 apps. I didn't aim for that or anything, it was just by coincidence (yeah. I have 8 pages of extra apps).

You know you don't have to sit there and watch it back up. You could do a sync when you have something else to do and come back.

Perhaps you could go make a sandwich, clean your room, read the latest Mac magazine in the bathroom, vacuum the living room rug, take the dog for a walk, do some laundry, go watch some tv.

I usually just cancel the backup while I'm doing things but if I'm gonna go do something else I just let it run.

Sorry...

I've only heard bad things about the 2.0 upgrade and some of the apps can use better online. I like the landscape mode for aim,facebook myspace ect, so those apps just slow me down. I'm waiting for the landscape mode update for all the apps wither on the iPhone or b or the app store.:apple:

I've downloaded more than these, but I've discarded some as I've tried them out and either not liked them or found something better. So far, these are the keepers. The only one I've paid for is Solitaire Forever.

this might be a dumb question but i just got my iphone so i dont know. When I tried to download from the apple store, it asked for my username and password (what username and password is it asking for?) thanks

You need to setup a username/password in itunes under the store section.

A common complaint I've seen with the Solitaire apps is that the cards are too small and hard to see. Does that apply to Top 3 Solitaire? :confused:
 
I like the SHAZMA app and it's free :cool: so cool you listen to music and wanna know what song, it will find out for you. That's amazing!:apple:
 
Also, I don't know if anyone experienced this. After downloading some apps, when I tap the icon, it just doesn't do anything and comes back to the menu screen. I have to reboot the phone for it to work. But it happens more than 2 times now :confused:
