Indeed. Can’t believe how long ago that was in the charts. Makes me feel old.Yes, isn't it?

Wait - what happened to that amazing album?!? Maybe because I have the CD uploaded and 'iTunes Match' plays the original ... that is one of my absolute all-time favorite albums: Holdsworth, Bruford, Jeff Berlin ... stunning.Listened to Brufords' "one Of A Kind", the original one, not the "remastered" one where Allan Holdsworth's wizardry was tampered with.
I Never fail to find this work incredible.
Yes, great song. I agree that Bowie did nothing to make it better. In fact, when Gilmour sang his verses it rose to a new level. Due to the fact that we have heard Gilmour sing it thousands of times. The reverse would probably occur if Gilmour and Bowie did a duet on Heroes.I don't care where I am at, what I am doing, I hear that opening strum of the guitar and I am instantly drawn in. I love this song so freaking much. I don't know if David's voice suits the song, but the song is one of my favorites of all time and I can't get enough of it.
When we saw Roger Waters earlier in the year, that note hit and man the place went crazy and then eerily quiet as he sang and played. Magical...
They're probably my favorite band. Saw them last night in Austin. AmazingExcellent choice. These guys are so underrated. I pretty much have all of their studio albums and then some.
I can't believe I didn't know this song until it was played as "filler music" (in between acts) on a show I did the other day, I love it!
