Also, if you haven't heard about this collaboration, it is definitely worth checking out:

Joe Pass and Niels Henning Orsted Pedersen record called “Chops.” Ridiculous playing by both musicians! And man, Niels Henning is a master of the pull-offs. I haven’t done much bass playing myself recently, but when I do, I always have to be careful not to overuse pull-offs (I LOVE that sound). Niels places them in the best spots though.

who are they? I have hear of the name but not songs.
they seem heavy metal or what my sister listened to decades ago.

enjoy!
I'm new to them. Or rather they are new to me? I have a friend who said she liked them, so I thought I would listen. And I do like it. Yes it's heavy, but it's quite original. Something I would need to be in the mood for, but I enjoyed it.

there are so many bands nowadays as I grew up before heavy metal was coined
and sometimes have the 80's bands blaring on my speakers!
these past decades I never stopped listening to Iron Maiden
as every album is better than the previous except for "book of dreams".

even Mozart, Vivaldi and Beethoven were heavier music-wise than those bands.
