It's a beautiful album, and he is a great singer... Even though this song is " over produced" I love it, and it's great to listen to it in an evening when you are tired and weary...

Exactly; when I read your post it reminded me to play that album and those tracks on my iPod - which I did; and yes, wonderful music to stretch out to and simply close tired eyes to.

Tonight, though, I fancy some Brazilian funk from the 1960s, Os Mutantes and cool Azymuth (try Jazz Carnival or Last Summer in Rio).

Cheers

Cas Haley - Cas Haley

This is such a feel-good record. Just loads of good reggae to make you shake your body while still sitting.

I look like an idiot, but I don't care! *shakes it*

Right now I'm listening to Gnarls Barkley's St. Elsewhere. I don't have The Odd Couple, but this one's pretty good to me. Been listening to it a lot lately.

Andy McKee and Toto. Good man.

I'm listening to the insultingly bad dialogue of Police Academy 1.

Grizzly Bear - While You Wait For The Others

I'm currently putting a top ten list of albums so far this year, and cannot decide whether Veckatimest or Merriweather Post Pavillion deserve the number one spot.

Coming to the end of:
Punctured Equilibrium - Wino

Next up:

Supercoven - Electric Wizard

"When Jokers Attack" - The Brian Jonestown Massacre

Current favourite band, I love how underground they are, it's a shame they've never got that big, but that's a part of their sound.

Enya (from the album "History") and Clannad ("Legend" the album which was the soundtrack for the brilliant British TV series Robin of Sherwood) are both the music of choice for tonight. I have not listened to either for simply ages, but they still sound very good.

Cheers and good luck
