Ha. I loved Neon Bible, but for now, I've moved on to the "OMFG are they overplayed!" anti-Arcade Fire backlash.
Well, I've been a fan since 2004 when I learned about them on the CBC Radio 3 Podcast with Grant Lawrence. Before anyone knew who they were. Funeral has been in my regular rotation since then. Best album of the 2000-2010 decade.
I wouldn't know about them being overplayed though.........I guess I would have to listen to the radio to know that.

I have never heard of these guys before. Looked them up on iTunes. Actually kind of dig em. Good stuff!!!!!

Some of their stuff is brutally cold and impenetrable, yet other stuff almost brings me to tears. I usually recommend Amber, Incunabula, and Tri Repetae (their first three albums) for new converts because they're the most accessible (and best IMHO). The EPs I referenced have a lot of good stuff spanning that era.
Just some songs from the movie Tangled, which is only $6.99 right now. Also I can't wait to listen to the Drunk Tank podcast in about an hour.
